The place is wonderful, beautiful and big. But! staff . . starting from the security guard cursing and vilifying everything and everyone, including guests, ending with administrators who forget about everything except how to take money from you. They forgot about the request to fix the TV for two days (while reminding them several times), the request to help call a taxi caused extreme dissatisfaction, the request to iron the clothes was generally shocked (but they did not forget to remind that it is paid).

And in the end, be prepared for the fact that no one will return the collateral money, 500 UAH, to you (they will simply forget about you). But of course, the classics - no checks and receipts for taking money - will not prove anything... .

The complex is good, there is something to do on the territory, a good beach and clean water + there is a pool, but the service is about nothing. . instead of making sure that there are no towels in the rooms and bringing them on time, upon check-out they showed us that we had stolen towels and asked for our personal belongings to be examined.

The quality of service and obsluvaniya let us down a bit. The room pleased me, for my money it was even nothing, the minus was that the conder pulled weakly, and so the order. I was disappointed with the pool and the beach by the lake, and it was dirty there and there + during the day it was very hot on the territory, there were few benches and almost no shade.

I settled with friends in a house for the weekend, they wanted to escape from the city and relax in nature, but they comfortably rented a house for this for 3 days. The first thing we encountered in the house was the lack of normal dishes, firewood for barbecue and the barbecue itself. For all this, we had to go back to the city, the second sadness was that it was stuffy in the house and the air conditioner did not work at night, we had to open the windows, and there were no mosquito nets on the windows and we were bitten from ears to heels.

Went with a teammate in April. The rooms are excellent, cozy and comfortable. The restaurant is so-so - the prices are high and the food is not tasty. The sports complex is worn out, everything is scattered in different places, in order to find the necessary equipment, you need to carefully look for some simulators already on the verge, the gym itself was not cleaned of dust and dirt + air conditioners did not work in it and it was stuffy.
