My husband decided to somehow diversify the gray everyday life of home-work and give us a gift on February 14th day in the SPA) had never traveled like this before, we decided to try. He ordered a package that included: a spa day for two, a couples massage, a face mask, and additionally booked a room at their comfort level hotel with breakfast included. All this cost him 8950 UAH. (I was a little shocked when I found out, but now is not about that)
Check-in at 14. We arrived at 14:15, we were greeted with champagne and fruit at the entrance (the beginning was good), they gave us to fill out a questionnaire (this is a standard procedure) and led us to the room, this is where all the fun begins.
14:30 - go to the room. It was very cold in the room, it felt like 16 degrees (this is the month of February, on the street -16) I didn’t want to take off my jacket, the balcony was sealed with adhesive tape through which it didn’t see through so sickly. (I remind you that this is a superior room) We turned to the girl who took us in, she said that they had some problems by the evening they should fix everything, they say you go to the spa and when you return everything will be good! We asked for a heater - she said I'll bring it now.
15:00 - half an hour later there is no one, no one brought the heater, we also don’t understand what to do next (what is included in the program, where to go, when there will be massages, etc. ) called the reception - change into a swimsuit and bathrobes and get down, we will give you a tour... well, ok. I take bathrobes from the closet. . . and they are in big brown spots, with a yellow tint on the sleeves. . . on the back and on the chest. . . it's disgusting, because THIS needs to be worn on the naked body.
Again I call the reception, talking about the problem. I hear on the other end - Sorry, we'll change it now. We are waiting... waiting... still waiting... already frozen in the room, I put my jacket back on. I send my husband to the reception, a girl with bathrobes goes out into the corridor, we think, well, finally ! ! but no! we catch her and she says that this is in room 219... we had the 206th. The husband clarifies when our bathrobes will be, the girl in confusion says that there was no request for your number, she will clarify now.
15:40 They bring us our bathrobes. We changed and went downstairs.
I had a facial procedure, the master was good, there are no complaints, after which they went down for a massage according to the schedule. Everything is empty, there are no masters. Went to reception again. The answer is - now we will find out everything, wait. We are waiting. . . we are waiting. . . we are waiting. . . I come up to the reception again, I ask what is there. . . the answer is - everything is ready, go to the office. Let's go. . . there's no one there again. I catch a masseur passing by, I ask. . . Answer: Sorry, all the masters are busy, there are no free tables for steam massages now, we suggest doing massages separately or it will be necessary to wait. . . Okay, we'll wait.
Went down to the spa:
1. Jacuzzi in black mold. There sits 6 people at a time and then change) turn). Salt room is fine. Russian bath - norms. We never got to Hamam because it was constantly closed for procedures. There was nothing else there.
19:00 We return to the room wet after the sauna and shower. We go into the room and it's even colder than it was in the morning! The heater was never brought to us, we quickly changed clothes and hid under the covers as it was terribly cold. There was no mood at all. I called the reception again and asked to call the manager.
A minute later, a call from the reception. Girl say: - Are you still cold in the room? Can you be relocated?
OH REALLY!! ! REALLY! ! It is worth calling the manager as they decided to pay attention to us! ! Hallelujah!
19:15 The manager comes, makes sure it's cold and says she'll see what can be done. As a result, we are offered to move to an Economy class room or bring a street UFO to our room, but it will have to be turned off every 30 minutes. . . ARE YOU SERIOUS NOW?? ))) !
We asked if they could compensate us for something, since we paid almost 2.500 thousand UAH for an improved room. The answer was a resounding NO. We have such rules, not a penny is compensated.
The mood was spoiled to the brink... I didn’t want anything anymore... at first we agreed to move to an economy room... but after waiting 40 minutes, nothing happened.
20:40 - We just packed up and left. At the reception, the girl said that certificates for facial massage would be sent to us by vader as an apology... but no one sent anything. Yes, and no need.
We will never come to this darkness again and do not advise anyone.
We didn’t rest, there is NO service as such at all, only student interns work, we did it all day long and went to the reception and resolved issues.
Results:
Room - 2 out of 10
Service - 0 out of 10. (Issues are resolved only through the manager)
Restaurant - did not have time to try, but looked at the menu... and the prices are just space. For the day of St. Valentine, a separate menu was printed where the prices are naturally x3, you have to cash in, as without it.
SPA - 5 out of 10. The massage was good, everything else was described earlier.
It's just a BOTTOM beyond which there is nowhere to fall. So decide for yourself whether to go there or not.

Terrible service! , booked a hotel room with spa treatments, or rather received a gift certificate from friends on a certain date for two, but, unfortunately, our plans have changed, we wanted to postpone the order - some other day. They were called back - they said they would call in 10 minutes. but there was no call. We waited for 2 hours, dialed them again, the girl answered on the phone that there was no boss, how to appear immediately called back. In the end, the next day we received the answer (and only because we recruited them again) that nothing can be changed! ! ! ! ! ! ! how is it that a trip abroad where a visa needs to be obtained? it's just a number and some one service.
In this case, there should be options for resolving this situation, and service personnel should be polite. "Cut loot" and do not think about customers.
I think we are not the only ones who could have such a situation. it's not something extraordinary to postpone a date. I advise you to bypass this hotel if you do not want to just waste money.
At 20:30 no one us. naturally did not expect. After we tried to find out on our own where we should go, we were forced to return to the reception and check with the employee where and to whom we should go. After 10 minutes of active conversations, a group of spa specialists appeared who had no idea that they should still have guests when they were already leaving home.
SPA care took place, after long discussions and no longer brought any pleasure, since everything was done in a hurry.

Breakfast. For the number of people who live in the complex - the breakfast room is quite small. Breakfast - Buffet and for its condition, the presence of dishes, dishes, no one monitors. What you find is what you will eat, as a matter of fact.
At 12:00, according to the Administrator's appointment, we had a face and hand care, which had to take place in parallel. The nightmare I saw there, I will never forget. Hand care consisted of massage and paraffin wax. The paraffin was turned on right in front of us. They asked me to wash my hands and apply cream. then try to dip your hands so that the puddle that formed in the bath on unmelted paraffin envelops your hands . . (THIS IS JUST AN INCREDIBLE SIGHT)!
Of course, after that there was a scandal. The hostess appeared and had a long dialogue with my friend. It ended on her part as follows: "Girls, I'm sorry, I'll think about what to do so that you remember your vacation as pleasant. "
And you know what? It was just said to the wind. Neither on the same day, nor the day after, no one took any action. Empty words thrown to the wind.
If you choose where to go out of town, arrange a relaxation for yourself, think carefully before you go to the spa seasons.
