I repeat that I did not go to rest, but to the training and in advance the organization paid for the trip for the training, including the costs of the hotel. Participants SHOULD NOT pay anything. But in the end, the trip coordinator was forced to pay 600 UAH at the request of the staff. If in order, then after the training we had already checked in, having arrived at the hotel after 23.00 (the time was approaching midnight) and a new day was to come. the day ends at 12 noon, I knew, but we did not check in during the day, but closer to midnight and there was no warning that I should vacate the room exactly BEFORE 12.00 (in fact, in a few hours). I also didn’t know that due to fatigue and stress I would not be well and I would oversleep the so-called “off-hours” and that they would not call me, knock and warn me too. And the fact that the hotel does not have a clear check-out and check-in time (it is written only on paper) Since my roommate, leaving for the training, left her suitcase (I saw this after I woke up) and they didn’t take money from her . . Like she came (according to the administrators) before me . . But later than 12 definitely . . The hotel administration, without warning me, blocked the number (no call, no reminder that the hour of departure had already arrived) Yes, there was a force majeure associated with my due to my health condition and the training itself, I got later, leaving my suitcase in the room . . But I didn’t even stay at the hotel for a day (which, by the way, were paid for by the organization) That is, according to the logic, the forum participants could go without money and they had to be warned by a call . . And not just block the number and not give the key until the trip coordinator from our city paid 600 UAH from personal money for the fact that my suitcase just stood in the room for several hours( Bottom line: I was in the hotel for less than a day (including storing my suitcase, t came to 21.06. 2.18 at about 23.30, and left on 06/22/2018 until 22.00) But they received the payment as if I had been there for 1.5 days ! ! From the organization NDI 1200 and + even demanding from us 600 UAH for half a day. Where is your service and respect for people? You do not have the right to touch other people's things (according to the staff), but block the number and demand money without warning -YES ((((Even if there is a misunderstanding, you can warn the participants . . But (! Attention! ) It was as if no one specifically warned me (left at about 12.00 on 06/22/2018 from the room to the pharmacy), walked past the reception and also used the card in the elevator (no one was in a hurry to block) As if it were hotel policy, after waiting for a certain time, then issue an additional bill if someone was late to vacate the room! I hope you pay attention to this situation and try to resolve it by reimbursing the person for material costs.
So that in the future people do not have such unpleasant precipitation and they want to visit your hotel in the future both for work and personal purposes. In the meantime, I would recommend everyone to be careful, as the staff may not warn you, and then calculate another additional amount or block access to things, even if you leave for a short time

This hotel has a very good value for money. The location is good, although a bit far from the subway. Breakfast deserves special attention - a buffet with a good choice of dishes. A very well located hotel. The main attractions can be easily reached by public land transport or on foot (30 minutes, no more). Near a large shopping center, not far from the station. We stayed at the hotel for one night. Came only for the weekend in the city. I immediately liked the fact that we were settled even ahead of time at 12-00, although it was stated that the check-in was after 14-00, it was very nice! The room is very clean, comfortable bed, new towels! And a great view from the room! There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. … More ▾ We stayed at the hotel for one night. It was a surprise that we were also charged a 1% tourist tax in addition to the amount for the room, this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. They also settled us in a smoking room, although I indicated that we did not smoke, but it did not smell much, so they did not apply for a replacement room. Another minus, after all, the hotel is located far from the metro, it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk.
