Not the first time I visit the restaurant while on a business trip. I live in a hotel. Amazing service, nice staff. Always positive, smiling a lot, although I noticed that there were a lot of people and few people in such situations would be so cheerful.
Special thanks to the waiters for prompt and professional service. Help in choosing dishes. The ribeye steak on the charcoal was excellent. I have never tried such a stunning borscht (like at home). Everything was delicious and fast. Thanks!

I had to come to the hotel for work. No wonder the hotel has 3 *, you definitely won’t give it more. Tasteless rooms, old towels, lack of showers (some kind of crappy curtain), a rude administrator girl with braces. From the pleasant: the staff (cleaners, administrators (except for the beauty with braces) always go to a meeting.

From the pleasant: the staff (cleaners, administrators (except for the beauty with braces) always go to a meeting. They do not clean at the request.
Breakfast is delicious, buffet style.
The restaurant is expensive, but there are always people (in general, delicious).
In general, the hotel needs to be upgraded to match the price for the rooms (starts from UAH 850/day): it’s elementary to do a normal renovation in the rooms and select normal staff, without upstarts. And it will be good.

The hotel is close to the airport, but at the same time it is convenient to get to the center. We liked everything very much - clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, there was live music for the weekend, we tried the manglal menu, it's generally super! Breakfast is very good, there is plenty to choose from, there is also free parking.
