We booked a Classic room with a river view.
Pros: Responsive administrators, good staff, very nice in the evening, the room is not bad, clean and pleasant bed, air conditioning, excellent lighting, there is a TV, beautiful furniture, very comfortable, delicious food.
Cons: when the curtains in the room arrived, they were terribly wrinkled, which spoiled the whole view, the shower in the room surprised me (it was expected a little better), the water in the toilet was not flushed well, you had to hold the flush button for a long time so that the water pressure was normal, there was no shower stall (just a bare floor and a small rug, naturally water all over the floor so you can’t get out with dry feet) I didn’t like the shower. There was some dirt on the walls (terribly unpleasant). The hot dish was served very cold in the room.
