In general, the hotels were weeded out immediately)) We chose the most luxurious apartments from the photo (Since we were traveling with a female team and husbands paid for the trip) in the Almateya apart hotel. We agreed on everything and got the first impression immediately after talking on the phone, the young man Valery talked to us, they were very pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and efficiency, he answered all our questions - place of residence, location of boutiques, restaurants, excursions.
Landing at the Airport, I was met by a no less polite and gallant driver, as he withstood 6 suitcases, it’s scary to think, but the smile did not leave his face for a second)) On the Road gave us a tour along the way from the airport to the apartments. Arriving at the apartment, the driver, stumbling at the speed of a bullet, opened the doors for us and again took care of our luggage)) Sergey met us at the Apartment, told us how to use the Internet, TV, karaoke, and other technical equipment, showed us where the supermarket and restaurants are - very pleased that everything is in 10 meters from the apartments and even the club. The apartments are really wonderful, modern design, very clean - which you will not sometimes find even in an expensive hotel, everything is like in the photographs that you chose from. On March 8, returning from a shopping trip, we were pleasantly surprised by a compliment from Almateya in the form of huge bouquets of Tulips and boxes of Candy and champagne)) Valery called us back to make sure he guessed right with the color scheme and the absence of allergies to tulips. Very nice. We express our deep gratitude to Valery, Sergey and Ruslan. Now we will advise everyone and we ourselves will never visit Almateya Apart Hotel !! !
