The owner of this mini-hotel, so to speak, he is Andrey B. , he is also a deputy of all the lands of the surrounding and county districts, behaves cunningly like a pan-king, in an advertisement for renting out housing, he sang praises and praised how good it is here, calmly. The price on the olx website was 2500 UAH - they arrived immediately and increased to 3000 UAH. Mutual settlement, keys-money (for some reason, there is only one key, and there are two of us, who worried about it), no contract, everything in words, if you don’t like it, “they will give you a knee in the ass”, there was a feeling that the owner was constantly watching housing, then his employees are in a tipsy state (such a security guard).
With regards to living, the lights were constantly going out, and the existing electric generator was turned on every other time - even here they saved money, and you go there to feel in the dark.
It is impossible to wash normally in the shower, there is a risk of flooding everything and everything with water, because there are no sides and all the water (having the smell of hydrogen sulfide, by the way) pours out.
