We arrived at the hotel for 2 days, the train came at night, we were met by a security guard and taken to the room. The night was quite chilly, but the room was very warm. The room is cozy and quite clean, there were no problems with hot water. Toiletries included soap and toilet paper. There is no hair dryer in the room, they took it from the administrator for the period of stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a canyon, in a historical and very beautiful place. The road to the hotel is not very convenient, but for us there were no difficulties. The territory is well-groomed, with a large number of pavilions by the river and greenery. Everything matches the photo on the site. There is a restaurant with home cooking (we only had dinner) they cook deliciously, the portions are large. We'll definitely be back!
