During the autumn school holidays, the whole class decided to come on an excursion to Kamenetz-Podolsk. To do this, it was necessary to book accommodation for two nights in this city. We selected based on several criteria. Firstly, it was important for us that the hotel was warm, as these are children. Secondly, we needed Wi-Fi and hot water. Thirdly, the price. Fourth, reviews from other travelers. Having familiarized in detail with everything that Palmyra offered, we decided to stay here and I want to admit that we were satisfied. It was warm, every day we took a shower and rested in the lobby of the hostel, the wi-fi worked perfectly, the price was inexpensive (100 UAH per person), the bed linen was clean and the beds were comfortable. In addition, the owners advised us to visit many interesting places, so we saved money on the guide. Of the shortcomings, it is worth noting that there is no kitchen in Palmyra in order to cook your own food. But there is a rather large refrigerator in the lobby where we kept all our groceries. . There, in the lobby, there are armchairs, tables, chairs and an electric kettle, thanks to which we could drink tea with our sandwiches and chat together. The problem with food was solved in a cafe, which is located nearby. Prices are lower than in Kyiv. Portions are big.

Last November (2015), a small company traveled to Khmelnitsky, Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions. In Kamyanets-Podolsky, they didn’t plan to stop for the night, but it so happened that everyone was very tired, so we had to. My friends and I are people, in principle, not poor. Therefore, we started our search for an overnight stay in this city with hotels above the middle class.

Therefore, we started our search for an overnight stay in this city with hotels above the middle class. But they were surprised that in all these places it was noticeably cold, and in addition it also turned out that hot water. . Maybe you will. Ale tomorrow... ". On this site we stumbled upon Palmyra. We decided to call. Cheerful male voice pleasantly pleased with prices - 80 UAH. from a person. The first thing we liked when we arrived was the warmth throughout the building. Friendly host Victor immediately showed accommodation options. Our family chose a 3-seater economy for 80 UAH. per person, but friends wanted more comfort, so they took a 4-seater with all amenities for 100 UAH. from a person. Hot water was both in the evening and in the morning, the batteries also warmed constantly. Wi-Fi worked great in all rooms and lobby. The owner showed us a guarded parking lot next to the Palmyra, gave us very tasty coffee (if you stay there, be sure to try it). They were very satisfied with their choice: they saved money and had a good rest before a long journey. I recommend!

The hostel is HORRIBLE. They save light (one sconce in the hallway), SOAP in the toilet, artificial bed, there is no place to put things (one hanger above the face), the closet in the hallway is locked, there are NO towels. if you want to come out at night, you CANNOT be closed) In the morning you have to call and they will open you and say that at 11 am you need to pay for the next day (even if you arrive at 7 pm).

At the bottom of the cafe with beer, rams and alcoholics. I write a review on the hotel website, and they DELETE my review.

We learned about the hotel from the Internet, having carefully studied the site and all the reviews. There was a group of children (a total of 17 people). Impressions are the most favorable. The hotel is warm enough, there is always hot water. The problem with the lack of a kitchen is not a problem for us, because. We ate right there in the cafe at the hotel. The portions are huge, the food is just homemade. The absence of lockers is compensated by the presence of hangers on the wall. The rooms have tables that take on the functions of bedside tables. The problem with the lack of transport to the Old Town was solved independently by ordering a minibus, which picked up and brought our group at the appointed time. At the same time, the owners themselves played a big role in organizing and implementing our excursion program (which turned out to be much cheaper than that of colleagues from excursion companies in the city), for which many thanks to them. There are not the slightest remarks. There was only gratitude for the hospitable people working in the hotel. Good luck in your business, health and grateful customers. Thanks for all.

Hotel Palmira is more of a hostel type. Therefore, you should not expect from him the conveniences of a four-star hotel. However, these are clean rooms and a bathroom with a toilet. These are very hospitable hosts who will cook absolutely marvelous sausages for dinner, they will also recommend seeing places that even very enlightened travelers have never told me about, and all this will be for quite reasonable money.

Yes, the hotel is not in the center. But minibus to the old town in front of the hotel and go 20 minutes. And to see both the old city and the fortress is enough for 6 hours. So there is no reason to complain about the remoteness of the location. But the hosts are extremely welcoming and very friendly. And it's worth it.

The main thing I want to tell about this hotel is VERY hospitable, wonderful hosts. This is a friendly family that does everything to make the rooms clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable (didn't understand the complaint of a previous vacationer). Everything was at home. The hosts were very friendly and told us what to visit, just had a great chat with them.

We were on our own car/motorbike, so there was no problem getting there.

I rested with my family on May holidays in Kamyants. We stopped our choice on Palmyra, as the site indicated that the hotel was brand new. Basically, we are satisfied. There was hot water, the car was parked. Clean, comfortable, even the Internet is!

Resting on New Year's Eve. Pre-booking rooms for a group with the condition that if you like it, we live for two days, if not - from one. The owner assured that the hotel is located in the historical center of the city, but it turned out that it took about 20 minutes to go to the center by taxi, which stop running after nine in the evening.

Arriving in Kamenetz at about 20-30, we settled in a "hotel" having paid for a day's stay. As a result, we got rooms in which there were only beds, there were no lockers, bedside tables, shelves, or at least free space to put backpacks there. just 3-4 beds and a narrow aisle. Well, it's nothing, we are accustomed people, and we had to live not in such conditions. Then it turned out that they did not have an elementary kitchen, well, at least they put an electric stove and a couple of pots. There is only 1 email. kettle for 20! the person who is standing in the corridor. But that is not all. Closer to nine in the evening, we got to the center, walked there, had a delicious dinner, looked at the night fortress, and then it was time to return home. We started looking for a minibus or some kind of transport. It was around 22:30. There were no routes, of course. We did not find a taxi. We decided to move on foot, suddenly on the way we will be able to catch something. The group is large - 17 people, all tired, from the road, frost -15, people start to get nervous, and as it turned out, about 10 km to the hotel. As a result, somehow, in small groups, we got by taxi, which was also not easy. In the morning we decided that this option did not suit us and decided that we would not stay on the second day, but there were plans to walk around the city before lunch and then leave. To which the owner answered us: "Either you pay for another day or you are evicted immediately. " However, we did not stay at the hotel for 10 hours. We were outraged by this, they wanted to agree with the owner that at least our things would lie down for a while (do not carry backpacks with you on excursions and museums). To which the owner in a very rude form replied to us that we were hiring him **** and doing masturbation, they say we paid for the day, but we want to live for two ! ! as a result, we with things appeared on the street in a completely unfamiliar city. Kamyanets-Podilsky is a really interesting, beautiful city, there is something to see, where to eat tasty and cheap, wonderful museums, kind people. We all really liked it, but unfortunately all the impressions were spoiled by the owner of the hotel.

Indeed, the "hotel" is low-class, the rooms have nothing but uncomfortable beds, there is no question even of banal wardrobes. The owners thought only how to put the maximum number of beds. Of course, there is also no place left for the kitchen : ) If you want to eat, you need to go outside and go to a street eatery! There is only one toilet for all rooms! In general, a typical place where they think only about maximum profit, there is no question of service : ( All photos are taken in such a way that it would be difficult to understand the real state of affairs in the hotel.

Hello! Recently rested in a mini-hotel "Palmira" in Kamenetz-Podolsk. I really liked it! The living conditions are very good, the rules are democratic, and the prices are really low! In addition, there is a flexible system of discounts for students, schoolchildren, youth and simply tourist groups! I recommend! You can read the details yourself on the hotel website http://kp-hotel.
