I never write reviews, because I have to travel a lot around Ukraine and stop and eat only in trusted places, but Dmitry's review surprised me and I decided to write, because. I don't completely disagree. In this hotel, three times a month, I stay with different durations and believe me, I always find it up to par. Attentive and courteous staff who will help in all matters. Crystal clean rooms. Normal parking. I have repeatedly seen the owner in the role of a hotel administrator and have always been pleasantly surprised by this. Not everyone can work with such dedication. I have always been satisfied with my interactions with him. Minus - sometimes there is poor water pressure, but they quickly resolve this issue by turning on an additional pump

Of the minuses: 1) at first, when we agreed on a New Year's banquet, the cost per person was 400 UAH, when two days later we contacted the administrator and paid for the accommodation, the cost per person was 450 UAH. 2) Immediately upon arrival, upon check-in, the administrator literally hung on us, still dressed, so that we would pay the remaining money for accommodation, this was a little annoying, and for good reason.

The pressure was weak and disappeared after 3 minutes. 4) Most rooms are quite cold, especially at night. An electric radiator was installed in our corner room, we were warm, the rest complained and there were no more radiators. 5) Problems with water remained until the end of the holiday, when we made a scandal to the management, the pressure became better, but the water itself became either cold, or boiling water, or normal. 6) the small suite was HORRIBLE and stank of sewage throughout the stay. The hood did little to save the situation. . 7) The hotel is located decently far from the old town and attractions, in winter with children it takes about 30-35 minutes to walk, and not 10-15 as we were told by phone. 8) The rooms were not cleaned. 9) Well, the worst thing is the cafe owner Sergey: a person communicates with people as if he is of the upper class, and the rest are serfs. He is unpleasant in itself, he does everything as if he is providing an invaluable service, after communicating with him, ALL adults have terrible unpleasant emotions. You can characterize him not as a helpful owner, but as a huckster, who has before his eyes only the proceeds, having received which he becomes absolutely indifferent to the people from whom he received it. The ONLY thing I thank him for is that he introduced us to the guide, who organized for all the days of our vacation a transfer from the station in Khmelnitsky to the hotel and from the hotel to the station in Khmelnitsky, and wonderful excursions. Conclusions: Kamenetz-Podolsky is a good, beautiful city, prices in cafes are quite inexpensive, the rest would only be remembered as good if it were not for the Maxima hotel. P. S. . There was one citizen of Poland with us in the company, who was in Ukraine for the first time. After our roads, trains, life, he finally received his sight from the hotel.

We were this weekend (May 16-18.2014) in this hotel in a 4-bed family room (2 adults + 2 children), we liked it very much! The room and toilet are clean. White bed, white towels! New furniture. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious, but I would like not at 10, but at least at 8-9 in the morning.

It is extremely rare to find a hotel in which clean, fragrant linen, almost perfect cleanliness, friendly staff and hearty and delicious breakfasts. Of the shortcomings - not a fully finished courtyard, but the work is in full swing. Good luck and good clients

The hotel deserves attention..... Everything is very thought out, there is no feeling of living in an anthill . . It's just that other guests are almost invisible. Check-in takes 5 minutes. The distance to the Old Town can be overcome on foot, passing through the park, going along the road to the Botanical Garden.

Very decent and inexpensive food in the cafe - there is everything and cooked at home. Free illuminated parking. Everything is close by and very convenient. Surprised by the patio and freshly fried shish kebab. . . Great place for relaxation

Dear tourists,
I want to draw your attention to the fact that having visited this hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. We are frequent guests in Kamyanets-Podilskyi and visited various hotels in this wonderful city. And our last visit was overshadowed by accommodation in this hotel.
The reasons are as follows:
1. The first thing I didn't like was that the hotel doesn't have its own sign and is located on the outskirts. We had to get to the old city by 2 minibuses or by taxi.
2. It was constantly cold in our room. Although the battery was hot, but apparently due to the fact that the walls were not insulated in the cold, only walruses can live there. When we complained to the administrator was the answer. that other people lived in this room before and they were fine, so everything is fine. Although, based on the specifics of the service sector, where the client is always right, they could at least offer an additional heater or a blanket.
3. Very weak pressure in the shower. it's cold in the room, it's cold in the bathroom, it didn't work to get warm under a warm shower either. As a result, I returned home with a cold. At the reception there is not even an elementary thermometer to measure the temperature, in the first aid kit there is only one dipyrone.
4. The food provided for breakfast can hardly be called edible. an omelet of flour and water should fully characterize our horror of what we saw.
And I also have the impression that they write reviews on their site on their own, since not a single one of my comments was published.
Given the fact that in the old town and in the center of Kamenets there are many hotels that are similar in price, but at the same time customer-oriented, the Maxima hotel was the last place for me where I would stay again

Small, very cozy hotel. Just want to say that we liked the hotel. Very convenient location (5 minutes by bus to the center), breakfasts are good, cleaning in the rooms on the "5".
