Of the minuses: 1) at first, when we agreed on a New Year's banquet, the cost per person was 400 UAH, when two days later we contacted the administrator and paid for the accommodation, the cost per person was 450 UAH. 2) Immediately upon arrival, upon check-in, the administrator literally hung on us, still dressed, so that we would pay the remaining money for accommodation, this was a little annoying, and for good reason. . 3) When we settled in, it turned out that in almost all the rooms on the second third floor, there were problems with hot water. The pressure was weak and disappeared after 3 minutes. 4) Most rooms are quite cold, especially at night. An electric radiator was installed in our corner room, we were warm, the rest complained and there were no more radiators. 5) Problems with water remained until the end of the holiday, when we made a scandal to the management, the pressure became better, but the water itself became either cold, or boiling water, or normal. 6) the small suite was HORRIBLE and stank of sewage throughout the stay. The hood did little to save the situation. . 7) The hotel is located decently far from the old town and attractions, in winter with children it takes about 30-35 minutes to walk, and not 10-15 as we were told by phone. 8) The rooms were not cleaned. 9) Well, the worst thing is the cafe owner Sergey: a person communicates with people as if he is of the upper class, and the rest are serfs. He is unpleasant in itself, he does everything as if he is providing an invaluable service, after communicating with him, ALL adults have terrible unpleasant emotions. You can characterize him not as a helpful owner, but as a huckster, who has before his eyes only the proceeds, having received which he becomes absolutely indifferent to the people from whom he received it. The ONLY thing I thank him for is that he introduced us to the guide, who organized for all the days of our vacation a transfer from the station in Khmelnitsky to the hotel and from the hotel to the station in Khmelnitsky, and wonderful excursions. Conclusions: Kamenetz-Podolsky is a good, beautiful city, prices in cafes are quite inexpensive, the rest would only be remembered as good if it were not for the Maxima hotel. P. S. . There was one citizen of Poland with us in the company, who was in Ukraine for the first time. After our roads, trains, life, he finally received his sight from the hotel.
