All this time, a cheerful girl said that they were waiting for us, rustling paper and calling us by our last names. What was our surprise and indignation when we arrived at 12 o'clock at night, very tired and thirsty for rest, we found the gates closed. For an hour we talked on the phone with the owner of the hotel (for some reason it turned out that they had the same cell phone number with the cheerful girl), during this hour we heard several versions, starting with the fact that he didn’t know who we were, that a cheerful girl was fired six months ago for incompetence, that we were signed up for March, etc. etc. . At the beginning of the second night, he nevertheless arrived and settled us in some utility rooms (entrance from the end, where the notary's office is). My husband and I spent the night in a room where there was a sofa, a kitchen sink and an electric boiler, we put our son to sleep in a room where a sofa was squeezed in. At the same time, the owner said that because he is to blame, he won’t take money from us for these utility rooms, in the morning our room will be free and we will check in. In the morning we talked to him again, we were assured that the room was being cleaned, we could take a walk and check in after dinner. And guess three times what happened after dinner? We were told by a cheerful girl, the one who seemed to be fired for incompetence (the owner had already hidden somewhere), that people from our room refused to leave and in general we have to pay 150 hryvnia per person for utility rooms. In response to my indignation, I was shoved a cell phone through which I again sorted out the relationship with the owner. They spat, shoved the girl money, which I still regret very much and left the hospitable Kamenets, although they planned to live there for another two days.
