I would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel and here is why:
- Zero service. We didn’t have hot water when we settled in, we went to the reception 3 times and no one thought that we had a problem, they accepted new people and calls, more money is important, not their investment in service improvements!
- everything is STUPIDLY PAID! Shampura, gazebo 300 UAH FOR WHAT??? ? there is nothing there but a table and a bench. This is AWESOME! They even wanted to sell salt! The ship is paid still okay.
- the territory is not cleaned, it is dirty near the reservoir, everything is overgrown!
- the rooms are like in a DUNK, there are no windows, it's cold and not comfortable.
- no electric kettle
- uncomfortable beds. and they are not double, but separate and attached to each other, which is quite strange for such a hotel!!!
- lack of air conditioning
- very small bathroom
- breakfast is terrible. Plates at the feet where all hotel guests pass. The food is not low quality.
- beauty smoke detectors
- shower faucet broken
