ЖАХ!!!!!! HORROR!!!!!!

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our husband and children with beautiful views and unforgettable experiences. But it didn't happen as expected...We arrived a little early to have time to enjoy ourselves. At the reception, they said that check-in is only from 2:00 p. m. and they will not be able to accommodate us earlier. Because you have to clean up. We waited a tired 2 hours for them to clean up. Room for 4 for 2200 hryvnias. And finally we took our things and ran to the room. We have never seen such horror from cleaning!! ! Only the bedding was changed. The carpet on the floor was so dirty, covered in mud. The administrator was called and after showing all the dirt, she called the cleaner. But with a displeased face, like what do they want from her? ? We insisted that the dirty carpet be taken away altogether. There is no point in taking off, because the fields are muddy. In the toilet, the door does not close, there is no cosmetics. But that's not all! While the carpet was being taken out, the front door was broken and nothing was said to us.
Just left the keys in the door which was open while we bathed. The door was replaced for us when we returned and called the administrator again.
Nutrition is a separate component. It's just not there! ! The buffet in the morning is the cheapest sausage and cheese, which the cats didn't even eat. In the evening, you have to wait a long time to order food. There is no menu, zero assortment. But that's not what we came for! ! Unforgettable scenery...On Saturday at 8:00 a. m. , the children and the boys ran to the pools while it was still not very hot. But everything is not so simple!! ! The man in charge of the sunbeds rudely explained that they were open from 10:00. Lie down on a pebble and wait for an opening. For a minute, four of us, 100 hryvnias for a deck chair. Neither my requests, nor the fact that we came for 2 days to splash in the water, did not work. Call the administrator again and explain that we just want to lie down and enjoy ourselves for our money. But, the icing on the cake was waiting for us when we went to the Dniester pier. This is a quest at all!!

Go to the pier And don't break anything and don't injure yourself. Because during those gorgeous 2 days that we were there, three people fell and got into a fight. The road to the pier is covered with planks that wobble and have large holes. But the safety of vacationers is not a priority of "Ksenia".
Managers of this hotel should think about:
- cleanliness
- food
- security
People come to you from afar to relax, but they are dissatisfied with everything. One thing saves - it is the Dniester and nature. But this is to your credit, so think about how to change, because you will lose your customers. Like us, never come here again!! !
