I will say right away: I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I came to see what kind of hotel it is, it seems like they talk a lot about it, and the “auditor” recommends it. We came together with a girl, neither at the entrance nor at the reception did we find anyone decided to take a walk. We walked around the premises around the reception - there is either a conference room or a restaurant. Then we went downstairs and entered the bath complex. We went back and went up to the restaurant. There were some people everywhere, but there was zero attention to us. A wedding was being prepared in the restaurant and there was an arch. The photographer took a picture of me and the girl on my camera under the arch)))) Then we went to the restaurant, we were like there. All this time I thought: when will the guards meet us. But it was not there. I think it would be possible to go to the floors and knock on the rooms, but this is not about us. In general, we went down to the hall and waited for the administrator to come. She appeared, and began to actively pull out the hangers from the closet without paying any attention to us. To the question "girl, we live in another hotel, but we came to look at yours" there was a pause during which she only threw a sidelong glance at us and continued to take off her coat hanger. I repeated the question somewhere after a minute of silence, and she said "how can I help you", continuing her work. We asked to tell about the hotel, to which the answer was "the cheapest room we have is 500 UAH. " This amused me and I asked "girl, we look bad that you refuse to communicate with us and offer us the cheapest room? ". She deigned to continue the conversation with the words "well, I'll tell you about expensive numbers, will that suit you ?! " - "Well, tell me at least something... " while I spoke in Russian, and she stubbornly refused to speak with me in my usual language, even when I asked her to translate some words for me. As a result, we went up to see the "panoramic suite", the panorama of which is in a small window overlooking the roofs of neighboring buildings and where a little further the view seems to be of a fortress. Leaving the elevator, the administrator Svetlana ran to her desk without saying goodbye. Looking for a way out, we heard her in perfect Russian explaining to the actors at the wedding where they should go.
In general, the hotel is well located, it looks very expensive inside, but apparently you should not count on the service. For safety reasons, I wouldn't stay there either. Although if you work with the staff it will be a good hotel.
