The hotel was chosen because of its location in the center of Kamenets. Called three weeks in advance and booked a room for two days. Before leaving, I called again and clarified the parameters of the reservation. Upon arrival, I was dumbfounded by the news from the hotel manager that I had one day reserved, and on the second they were already checking in someone and there were no more free rooms. According to her assurances, the reservation was made to me by a girl who had already quit, so they don’t bear any responsibility, they say now these are my problems . . The owner of the hotel Taisiya said the same on the phone, who sarcastically said that she couldn’t accommodate us at home . . No apologies I did not receive any help from them... The mood was spoiled, I had to look for another hotel. I do not recommend to anyone!! !
