It all started with the fact that my husband and I arrived at the sanatorium at the height of the season (in August) and, of course, we immediately encountered inconvenience: these were huge queues at the reception. When checking out, we were given a room not the one that I booked, but the one that, at least, was free. The room was called "junior suite" (by what criteria it was called so is not clear). Here, in order not to be unfounded, I post a photo under the review (however, when they settled in, they apologized that the check-in was large and there were no good rooms available). But even this number no one wanted to clean, we actually checked into an uncleaned room on Monday, and I couldn’t stand it anymore, I asked the maid to clean the room on Wednesday. Arriving at the room, I saw him in the same condition, only the garbage was taken out, I asked the maid what was the matter and she answered me that she had removed everything, although even the cigarette butts on the balcony had been lying since the settlement itself (we don’t smoke), and they were lying, and there was so much hair on the carpet that it was impossible to walk on it in socks. In general, after another request, she nevertheless cleaned the room with grief in half. And all. The next week, I again had to go to persuade them to do the cleaning, in general, I begged for two cleanings in the room in 12 days. Enough about the number. We pass to the main thing: Treatment. Baz Tatyana Vasilievna was appointed as the attending physician, a good doctor, although she was lucky here, she listened carefully, looked at our medical reports and prescribed procedures (to each my husband and I). And then we went to sign up for these procedures - and that’s where we won’t come: everywhere the answer is: there are no places, everything is busy. In general, on Monday I could not go through a single procedure (and the money was paid for that day, including for treatment). Since Tuesday, with grief in half, I somehow signed up (considering that I had few procedures: shvz massage, therapeutic pool every other day, circular shower, darsonval and bischofite bath every other day). During the procedures, the entire medical staff is loaded and overloaded to the very eyeballs, of course, they all did not have time. The girls are all, of course, well done, they tried to somehow treat such a mass of people. But the management is a big minus and disrespect for its medical staff, if you have such an influx of patients during the season, you either do not book tours in such a quantity or provide the medical base with additional staff, or pay extra for this medical staff for work, they really try everything. Thank you very much to all the medical staff - nurses, junior nurses, exercise therapy trainers, doctors, masseurs, cosmetologists and the chief medical officer (it is clear that he is also not indifferent to the opinion of those recovering)! But the owners of the sanatorium, in pursuit of money, have already become insolent. People collect this money for a whole year to go to get medical treatment, some hardly get themselves a ticket, and you behave like this, just to cut down more money, and the rest does not concern you. Of course, people do not see you in order to express all this to you personally, but you have to take the rap for everything from the chief medical officer, who, in principle, just does his job. Now about nutrition. Improvements are very noticeable in the dining room, the food has become much better and more varied. There is a dietary table and regular meals. But such a big minus in the dining room - they don’t always wash the floor, or maybe they don’t wash it at all, because of this there is an unpleasant smell in the dining room, and the plates are often put one on top of the other when they serve food and your plate turns out to be all in some kind of porridge. Now leisure: almost every day there is a disco (a la the 70s) and an orchestra of the same category, but given that the main age is just the same for anyone. . . , which is basically normal. Although, of course, this bothered me and my husband, the tavern repertoire is the same, and the decibels go off scale. There are also a lot of cafes nearby with the same repertoire, which are bawling until 2 am, so who wants to sleep, take a room with windows overlooking the alley, and not the road. They also constantly offer a variety of excursions. But given the terrible state of roads in Ukraine, it is better to limit yourself to short trips, such as to the Vinnitsa fountains (beautiful! ). And we had a day off on Sunday and we agreed on a trip to Sofievsky Park, which we sooo regretted. The road is long, but that would be okay, in the Cherkasy region, the roads are exclusively Japanese "Toyama, Tokanava", and we drove 230 km for more than 4 hours, and the same amount back. In general, for people who treat the musculoskeletal system, it's just stupid, firstly, it's tiring, and secondly, you no longer notice that beauty and you think - why the hell did I subscribe to this? In general, as a leisure and relaxation, we were quite satisfied with nature. The sanatorium is located in a forest area and this is a huge plus. We just walked, walked, breathed the air, sat in the park and enjoyed nature, since the territory is large and well-groomed. In conclusion, I want to say that we are still planning to come to the sanatorium, but not in the season and if the reservation of the room is confirmed by prepayment.
