У відповідь почула, що на моє місце вже якийсь німець заброньований!!!! Це якийсь жах!!! Чоловік який відповідав зробив з мене повну дуру: " Такой брони значит не было, вы значит через турагенство оформлялись..." Нічого доказати не можу, аванс він сказав не проплачувати, а розрахунок на місці. Добре що в іншому санаторії знайшла вільне місце, але ж вже не на ті дати....
