The other day we returned from the sanatorium "Khmelnik" where we spent 2 weeks of our vacation. What I would like to tell you… we have been going to the sanatorium for 5 years in a row, it just so happened that neither highly qualified doctors, nor expensive drugs and clinics in our city could help mom with her health problem! Someone from friends recommended to go to a sanatorium, having gone there 1 time, improvements were immediately noticeable, well, in fact, now we try to go every year, because there are really noticeable changes in well-being.
Yes, for some things in terms of accommodation, food, etc. , we just turned a blind eye for 5 years, they say it’s not important because we didn’t come for this! But comrades! ! This year I just can't be silent! We started going through all the rings of hell back in the ticket registration department, where we were driven from queue to queue, to pay there, to get a ticket there, and there was something else, and for all this we had to take a new queue! Arriving at 8 o'clock, and having received the keys to the room by 12 (all this time it is a QUEUE), be prepared that the room will not meet your expectations. We paid for a superior room, but we went into such a shed that it is simply difficult to put into words. Asking the maid, and this is definitely a superior room, they answered us, “And if you don’t see a refrigerator, it means it’s upgraded. ” In the department of vouchers, they only shifted their shoulders, well, but what did you want, you didn’t even listen to the honey, there was no choice. For two weeks in this barn room they cleaned 1 time, well, how they cleaned it, they wiped the visible part of the floor, and in the shower there was nothing to clean it all, in a fungus, they brushed it off with a rag, but I’m generally silent about the trash can, they took out the garbage from it only at the request . Nutrition in the sanatorium is a separate issue, you will be fed with mashed potatoes and cutlets, although what kind of cutlet is bread is solid bread! Of course, they will put a “menu” on the table for you, where you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner, but believe me, this is sheer monotony: scrambled eggs, meatballs, meatballs, mashed potatoes, rice, and pea puree, combine as you like! And don’t be surprised when you see 1 napkin per person, it’s customary to see the canteen workers give out napkins strictly according to the number of people, as the workers explained to us! About the medical building and the queues for procedures, this is probably a separate continuous hassle. The nurses answer not very friendly places, there are no, come either tomorrow or after tomorrow, maybe someone will leave, free time, you will come to him....there are a lot of exchange rates, and so their staff loves it very much, because these are people, let’s say so solvent, they are corny 20 hryvnias for a nurse and op, there are miracle places, come dear with a good soul, we will meet. ! This is such a sad experience.
Dear leaders of the Khmilnik sanatorium, people come to you every day with one desire - to get health. And believe me, in order to get to you, these people also save a penny every day in order to scrape together for a ticket of 8000 UAH, and what do they get in return? Barn rooms and mashed potatoes. Let's respect us, ordinary people, give us the expected comfort in the rooms, finally change the chef of your dining room, diversify the food, streamline the check-in rules! And this is not only my opinion, but the opinion of a dozen people !!!
the only thing I want to say thanks to the Khmelnik sanatorium is for Dr. Yury Petrovich Bublik, Bulik Yu. P. would not have worked there. , there would be no point in going to you!
