We decided to order food in a restaurant in the evening, although we didn’t take much food for 2 days - we counted on a restaurant, we got acquainted with the prices in advance and clarified when booking whether everything was relevant on the site - we got the answer YES and calmed down, took some snacks and 2 steaks to fry on the mangal.
But when we got the menu in the restaurant, the prices shocked us - guys, well, chicken okroshka cannot cost 350 UAH - this is not normal.
of course, when you go somewhere you count on a certain amount, which was no longer included in the budget, by calling the reception and clarifying the information why we were not warned that the prices were irrelevant, we did not receive intelligible answers - but we received a portion of indignation of the type rejoice that we are at all working, no thanks)
True, they offered a 20% discount in honor of our holiday, and of course, this discount was probably only valid for 1 day, because the next day, when they made an order in the evening, they didn’t take into account any discount for us)))))
and breakfast...it is included in the price. Well come for breakfast, the choice of course is 6 scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs or oatmeal. vegetables, bread and butter are also served with scrambled eggs. also offered a choice of fruit drinks, uzvar or tea, coffee.
I chose tea, my husband brought the bill for coffee, for which it is not clear, they didn’t understand, they suggested what tea and coffee were for (but as always, no one warned about anything !!! ) the next morning - breakfast without changes in positions, BUT different the waiter noticed that uzvar or fruit drink is included in breakfast, but tea and coffee are not, so he will bring a separate bill for it. Well, you can open your mouth and warn, but the girl apparently decided not to bother.
The only gratitude among all the staff is to the security guard Vlad, who gave his fishing rod and even worms for use absolutely free of charge))) it really brightened up our pastime!
The result of all this is the staff, especially the admin (I didn’t see the name), to put it mildly, not very much, so we personally cannot recommend this complex

We are completely delighted with our stay at Kupava. This is not the first time we have stayed here. We are from Kyiv. To come to Kharkov demanded cases that could be resolved in one day. But we settled in "Kupava" for 4 days in order to combine business with pleasure - and "solve" issues in Kharkov (from "Kupava" - a stone's throw), and be in nature, swim in the lake.

Very good cuisine. They have their own farm, so the dairy products and meat are their own, fresh, excellent quality. This time we lived in a cottage (an autonomous half of the cottage with its own entrance). In our past visits to "Kupava" we lived in different rooms. All of the rooms we have stayed in previously were good, comfortable. But this time the room in the cottage exceeded our wildest expectations. To put it emotionally, with delight, "just blew the roof off. " Imagine - rich, elite natural wicker furniture made of fine wicker with genuine leather inserts. And armchairs, and chairs, and a table and cabinets. Everything... The microclimate in the room is like in a wooden house. Huge Impressionist paintings on the walls. Very spacious bathroom with a great shower. Expensive luxury plumbing company Roca. For the first time I met a faucet with which you can switch the water flow in any of four directions: 1. The upper large-diameter stationary watering can-shower; 2. Shower on the hose; 3. Upper gander near the mixer; 4. Lower gander for legs.
We had to visit many five-star hotels in the Emirates, France, Turkey, Egypt, etc. All of them "rest and nervously smoke on the sidelines" compared to living in cottage No. 8 "Kupava" in the "bathing" season. Imitating Vysotsky, I can safely say “In hotels you will not find, no matter how you stretch for your whole happy life... such beauties and miracles as in Kupava . . ”. They left Kupava with gratitude, and a slight sadness that living in a fairy tale came to an end and it was time to return to Kiev reality by plane.
