In my opinion, the most important advantage of the hotel is customer focus.
There were many of us and I booked several rooms. In this regard, a number of issues arose, in the solution of which the administration took into account all our wishes:
1. We found the required number of rooms with the requested accommodation option (separate beds).
2. When booking rooms by phone three weeks before the trip, they did not require an advance payment.
3. Directly at the settlement, the category of one room was replaced (the number of arrivals changed at the last moment).
4. Issued an invoice in the way we requested (breakfast included) and provided all the necessary documents for a travel report.
5. They called a couple of hours after check-out and said that a person from our group had left a tablet in the room.
And on the hotel website it is indicated that parking is for an additional fee, but nothing extra was charged from us.
In general, everything was done to make us feel as comfortable as possible.
We settled in quickly. Payment for accommodation - upon check-in, you can pay by card.
I lived in a room - "Superior Standard".
Despite the small area (visually - about 12 square meters), the space is organized in such a way that everything you need fits: a double bed, a folding bed, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a microwave, an electric two-burner stove and a sink, two wardrobes with three or four hangers in each, shoe cabinet, chair, TV, air conditioning.
The photos on the site are completely true.
There were no extraneous sounds in the room - either the sound insulation is good, or during our stay all the guests were very quiet.
Bed - with comfortable pillows and a comfortable mattress.
The air conditioner worked almost silently and maintained the set temperature.
A flat-screen TV with a diagonal of at least 26 inches showed several Ukrainian channels in good quality.
The remote at first refused to work, but after contacting the administrator and quickly replacing the batteries, everything fell into place.
Wi-Fi signal is stable, you can watch movies on-line.
But mobile communication in the basement works intermittently, at times the network disappears.
Free outlets - at least three.
There is a basic set of utensils in the kitchen corner.
In the refrigerator (for an additional fee) - mineral water, carbonated drinks, juice, chocolate.
There is a safe in one of the wardrobes.
The bathroom is very compact. There is a shower, washbasin, toilet, boiler.
Plumbing - in good condition, everything works.
The presence of a boiler ensured the constant presence of hot water.
From cosmetic accessories - soap and shampoo - medium quality with a pleasant smell in packages with the hotel logo.
Three towels per guest - one large and two small.
Pleasantly surprised by the availability of high quality disposable slippers.
There is a hair dryer that works well.
In general, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
In my opinion, the hotel has only two drawbacks.
The first is felt physically - the absence of windows: if you do not look at the clock, then it is impossible to determine the time of day, and this is annoying.
The second is more moral. Apparently, reviews are carefully selected before they get to the hotel website. In any case, my review did not appear on the site even three days after writing.
An additional convenience, which is mentioned on the hotel website, for some reason, only in passing, is the ability to eat a hot breakfast.
Simple, but quite satisfying.
With you, within 7-12 minutes, one of thirteen breakfast options will be prepared. Basically, these are egg-based dishes (scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs) with sausages or bacon, but there are also oatmeal and cheesecakes.
Such a breakfast costs 65 hryvnia with tea, and 72 hryvnia with coffee.
The combination of "price - quality" hotel deserves the highest rating. And if you are not embarrassed by the lack of windows, then it is quite suitable for living, both during a business trip and on a tourist trip.
