I was in Kharkov on a business trip, I had to find a hotel somewhere in the city center with good service. Friends advised "Chichikov" - I really liked it there! Excellent service, cool design and style: as if I had been not just in another city, but also in another time. The interior of the hotel in the style of the 19th century - varnished wooden walls, antique chairs, striped upholstery... and next to the bed - on the night table - "Dead Souls", and with a bookmark - someone has already read them) The whole interior is stylish, it's very nice to be in such a place. Will definitely stay here next time.
Liked the hotel. Small, cozy, from the room on the 9th floor - a panorama of the old city center. It can be seen from the window of the statue on the ancient buildings of this area, you can see the station, the opera and ballet theater. Itself on a quiet street, but in the city center, I really liked it, convenient. Metro nearby. Was in August, when the heat - excellent air conditioning: the room is always fresh. By the way, in the lobby bar - free Wi-Fi - good speed, very convenient. No discomfort whatsoever. A good place.
Was recently in Kharkov, stayed in Chichikovo. The hotel enchants… start with the fact that it is located on Gogol Street! They came up with a great idea: Chichikov on Gogol)) if you get lost, it’s easy to remember the address! A large portrait of Chichikov hangs in the foyer, everywhere there are objects from that time: chairs with striped upholstery, furniture, like engravings with Gogol's profile and quotes from his works, and on the night table in the room - "Dead Souls"... great! And the cuisine in their restaurant is good, refined. In general, I liked it here, if I come to Kharkov again, I will stay here)

I want to say “thank you” to the Chichikov hotel in Kharkov. Stayed there recently - as if plunged into another time! A small street in the center of the city named after Gogol - there is a hotel on it. Everything inside - in the same style - very comfortable! And the furniture, and the interior, and the courtesy of the staff, and there are engravings on the walls, in the hall there is a portrait of Pavel Chichikov . . it seems that you are about to leave the hotel - and a horse-drawn carriage is waiting for you there. The street is small, there is still an old church on it, with both ends resting on squares. How would you be in the center of a big city, but at the same time - in a very quiet, green and cozy place. A very pretty place.
