I tell them - give me the key - I'll put the child and my wife in the room, go down and pay, but the answer is NO. First money - then chairs. (The tricksters knew that after what I saw I would send them and go to another hotel). So he paid for a miracle - we were taken to a kennel, proudly called a junior suite (a room on the second floor somewhere in the middle of the corridor). They opened it and, oh. . . in these spacious mansions, the bed could hardly fit in the room, and I also asked for a Kinder bed. That is, not only is the room not ready for arrival, but also a kennel of 10 squares.
After my indignation, they offered another kennel at 13-14 meters on the third floor, number 37. By the way, at least there is a balcony there. To my reasonable question, where is the real junior suite in which I lived last year, I was told that it was occupied for the entire duration of our stay (by the way, in my opinion it is room 29 or something like that on the second floor, last before the stairs to the restaurant) . This room is really spacious.
Further, I suggested reconsidering the cost of living due to the difference in square meters of rooms of the same class - they refused. Why am I writing this - if I had been shown these booths before payment - I would have gone a little further to cheaper hotels under the same conditions.
Now for accommodation:
1. Kitchen - fucked up and lost weight (portions) and prices have grown. (One evening I even heard one of the people close to management or something similar scold the waiters - that their additional profit is reduced and saved products on visitors).
2. Housekeeping - no not heard. The maximum garbage was taken out and once the bed linen (and this is for 10 days) was changed. Moreover, the new pillows have the feeling that they are made of mounting foam - hard and not comfortable.
3. Promised live music - only on the 24th and 25th.
4. At the entrance to the hotel from the main street there are a couple of pavilions - they probably cleaned it there when I was in 2018 - stains, dirt, etc. - it's scary to even sit down.
5. Anti-mosquito nets - it is better to buy with you and install it yourself with Velcro - otherwise mosquitoes will eat it. The administration has nothing to do with solving this problem. (I don’t consider the fumigator a solution - I don’t want to poison myself).
6. The playground is in a terrible state and it is not safe for a child to be there for his health.
7. SU in the room - the smell of sewage is something with something. By the way, the water left very slowly - the shower tray filled up in 5 minutes to the brim - you see the siphons are clogged with hair from previous visitors and they also stink when they decompose.
And now for the positive:
1. Beautiful sea.
2. The person who put the deck chairs and umbrellas - he also managed to rearrange the umbrellas in the direction of the sun. He has a separate respect.
Conclusion: next year I will think 100 times whether it is worth going here again.

On most tables there is a sign "Reserve", a deposit of 1000 UAH, they do not allow them to sit down, but they remain free until the end of the evening! We waited for the keys to the room after registration, at the reception instead of the 15 minutes promised by the administrators - 1.5 hours, the administrators forgot or ignored us all the time, mowed and apologized all the time. ? There was a terrible smell of sewage in the room, we hoped that it would disappear. The room is not dirty, the shower is clean, the toilet and washbasin too. Safe - one name. There are no mosquito nets in the junior suite. The heated towel rail and towel hooks are located directly above the toilet. They are shabby. the cheapest. Extractor in bathroom not working.

Due to the unbearable stench from the bathroom, the windows had to be left open, and around 11.30 pm we found out that junior suite number 35 overlooked not only the "sea", but also a rural open-air disco with drunken teenagers. But we are in the village of Gribovka - at the best resort in Ukraine, so we had to choose either to suffocate from the stench from the sewer or sleep to the sounds of a rural disco! For me, of course, there was no longer any talk of sleep, but when the neighbors turned on the air conditioner at about one in the morning, we found out that the outdoor unit from their air conditioner was not working and was hanging on our balcony right above the bed, it began to “rumble” very, very loudly, vibrate and drin-drin-drin like a tractor, it seemed that the wall in the room would collapse. Then even the husband woke up, despite an enviably sound sleep in any situation. I had to get up, get dressed and go down to the administrators, I really wanted to sleep.
? After listening to me, the administrators, in general, already knew everything very well, once again automatically apologized and....That's it! Fuck that's all! They promised that they would now go and ask the neighbors not to use the air conditioner.

After another hour, at about 02.30 am, the air conditioner continued to work, and already the drunken visitors of the disco were already in the trash, they decided to compete who would scream louder. Meanwhile, the stench from the bathroom intensified. I got dressed again and went to the reception to ask if the girls were comfortable there. And what are they going to do about the stink and roar of the broken neighbor's kondeya. I listened again to indifferent sorry and defiant ignorance, for some reason I was standing there in the middle of the night, angry, tired from the road, and they continued to go about their business, and I was still standing... Then another guest came down from the room opposite, he also had problems , the girls switched to him and began to apologize habitually. I informed the administrators that in the morning we would leave this miracle hotel, let them prepare a refund for 1 day, to which they answered me: okay, but we won’t return the money! Here I am writing, and you decide for yourself whether we liked it, since you care so much. I didn’t take pictures of dirty towels, they were replaced and okay. But after a hellish night and communication with helpless administrators, I decided to capture what kind of "sea view" from the junior suite, flowing slurry from the walls, peeling fittings and a lying stick with protruding nails on the 3rd floor. near the stairs on the way to the rooms.

And finally - far away to park a car (probably 250 meters from the hotel).

So for 6 days, while taking a shower, we stood stone-deep in water mixed with sand - very nice. Another most unpleasant sight - there are cockroaches in the room and there is a photo of this miracle, if there are any questions! One night it was bad, I wanted to ask for a first aid kit, and the toilet paper ran out, there was no one at the reception, I tried to call the reception - they didn’t pick up the phone! At 10.00 they called back and asked if I called, but it was no longer necessary - pharmacies work from 9.00, papers were found in the toilet at the reception. There was also a moment with a hair dryer, it’s not in the room - it’s not provided for the standard, as it turned out at the reception, it’s not there either, I asked for one change of the reception to give at least some kind of rent - we went to an improved room and gave out a hair dryer - thanks. But the second time, on another shift, they didn’t even try to give a hairdryer, when I asked to take it from another room, they answered me: if you go to the numbers, it will be your problems !!! On the street, the weather is 20 degrees after the rain, you need to dry your head, accidentally went to a nearby hotel to get coffee and asked for a hair dryer there, and what do you think - they gave it to me without any problems! Thank you Ensenada! Richard has a well-equipped beach area (showers, foot washes, sun loungers and beach towels). Also a good restaurant, delicious food, but disappointed with mussels 330 UAH per kg: half of the shells were empty!!! The rest of the dishes we ordered were all good. I would like to add that Richard is in Gribovka, and not in a foreign resort. This is worth considering and do not expect super service, but just enjoy the sea and the beach! But I really want the hotel staff to try to help with questions that have arisen, and the hotel rooms are still brought back to normal by the next season, and the answers to the comments of the guests, to which Richard kindly answers, were implemented, and not just written responses - unsubscribes (realized promisesI did not notice when I lived in a hotel! ). Good luck in the next seasons! I hope that our resorts and hotels will someday be at the highest level!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Don't be fooled by good publicity and PR. If you are planning a family holiday at this hotel, forget about rest and sleep in the room ...There are no mosquito nets, mosquito repellents as well ...Room 23 (junior suite) and the ones next to the stinking river, there are a lot of mosquitoes! wifi .

We arrived at the hotel on September 2, well, we left immediately! And even the fact that the hotel did not return the prepayment for the day 2700 UAH did not stop us! Do not believe the good reviews, they are written by the hotel staff!!!!! The photos don't match reality at all. We booked the "royal suite", so the room is BUY! The stench is terrible, the refrigerator stinks, the bathroom stinks, the trash can stinks, the very dirty carpet stinks.

We rested at the end of August with two children, rented a junior suite. In general, everything is ok, but you can and need better : ) !!! The stream near the hotel clearly spoils the view and the overall picture. Why not clean it up? Don't take out the trash? Don't beautify? There is fishing and there is a playground nearby.

A very unpleasant aftertaste from staying on the beach area. There they have an uncle "the owner of the beach" He rents sunbeds on the first line of the beach to vacationers from other hotels, and Richard's guests come to what is left : ( Clearly no respect for the guests.
