We stayed in July 2017. They chose a place of rest in Ukraine closer to Odessa, as they drove with their own car, and it was a bit far from the Sea of u200bu200bAzov or the Kherson region. The requirements were as follows: - room on the beach (no 10 or 5 minutes from the sea) - room with all amenities including internet and air conditioning - rest for a family with children, that is, fewer bars, discos.

We stayed in July 2017. They chose a place of rest in Ukraine closer to Odessa, as they drove with their own car, and it was a bit far from the Sea of u200bu200bAzov or the Kherson region.
The requirements were as follows:
- room on the beach (no 10 or 5 minutes from the sea)
- room with all amenities including internet and air conditioning
- rest for a family with children, that is, fewer bars, discos.
Based on the reviews found on the Internet, Gribovka was recommended for a family vacation. Scrolling through the reviews about the bases in Gribovka, we stopped at 3 bases Hydrostroitel, Marinville and Mercury. They are all nearby in the most beautiful and quiet place of Gribovka (where a high cliff separates the seashore from the rest of the territory.
Mercury fell away, since it is farthest from the sea (at the top of the cliff) and it was necessary to go down a steep staircase to the sea.
It took a long time to choose between Gidrostroitel and Marinville, but the presence of a covered gazebo in front of the room was the decisive factor.
We booked in advance (in May), which we did not regret later, because we found out that places for the whole summer quickly ran out. 4-month room by the way 1700 UAH / day. The 15th day we received as a gift for free.
I can say that the vacation was a success and in Ukraine you can relax in comfort.
What we liked:
- very clean in the room, you can see that everything is fresh, new, it smells of new furniture, new dishes, the refrigerator is clean, odorless,
- single-story buildings with a high roof that takes away the heat, air conditioning is practically not needed,
- the territory of the base is constantly cleaned, cleaned, a lot of greenery,
- the staff is just great, no one bothers, you can always ask to clean the room or change the linen. If you don't ask, they will offer
- a gazebo in front of the room - just a salvation from the heat at lunchtime and a good place for an evening pastime,
- since the sea is 50 meters from the room, you could always hear the noise and smell of the sea,
- no discos and bars on the territory of the base and in the vicinity, very quiet in this regard, complete solitude with nature (for some, this may be a minus).
- the children especially liked that they were able to see live crabs, shrimps, as well as dolphins in the sea),
- secure guarded parking on the territory of the base.
What I didn’t like (all the minuses are not related to the Hydrobuilder base itself):
- 8 days out of 15 the sea was cold (about 16-17 degrees), swimming is not possible, especially for children. The remaining 7 are around 20 degrees, and this is in mid-July.
- the infrastructure is of course lame, one store within a radius of 500 meters (the second, by the way, burned down just during our vacation). 30 minutes walk along the beach to the market.
- and all the same children. Since Gribovka is positioned as a place for families with children, EVERYONE comes there with children. There are a lot of children, but it’s not the abundance of them that hinders, but the fact that there are parents who do not follow their child at all, which can sit on your head.
In general, we liked the rest, even exceeded our expectations, we did not expect that we could relax in comfort in Ukraine. Thanks to Natalia and Sergey for the work done!

We had a triple with a kitchen. The house has a fresh renovation, new dishes, new bedding. The territory is green, I liked that there are sandboxes near the houses so that the children play in the shade in the heat. It's not hot in the houses even in the heat! The air conditioner was turned on only a couple of times.

The hotel is aimed at families with small children, teenagers will not be interested. The shop has almost everything, vegetables are nearby in the market, I won’t say for the price that it is much more expensive than in Kyiv. Meat, milk can be brought to order.
Parking is included in the price of the room and is located separately, and not like in neighboring bases right next to the room.
What I didn't like: the sand is dirty (because of the freaks who litter on the beach and bury cigarette butts in the sand) and can be sifted more often.
Really lacked a NORMAL cafe on the territory - the neighbors ordered to the room from a neighboring base - the quality of the food is poor and expensive.
We went a couple of times to Barakuda, although they carried barbecue and vegetables in the tandoor for an hour, they liked it. I don’t know how a Greek salad can be spoiled - but they managed.
Wi-Fi - sucks, Playground in comparison with other bases is not very good.
With us, a canopy fell on the beach - thank God no one was hurt. But you need to watch out for these things!

Once upon a time in 1998, friends invited for the weekend to relax! And that's it : ) we have become regular vacationers at this base! For both long and short stays! A little free days fall out - we immediately go to Kolya with Sveta! I just love it all these years! The territory is clean, well-groomed. Very interesting approach to landscape design.

The territory is clean, well-groomed. Very interesting approach to landscape design. All with taste, nothing more! The administration is friendly and very friendly. Whatever touches, everything is very calm, correct, intelligent and at a high level. Our family is very, very comfortable there! And every year the administration improves the level of amenities and comfort for recreation! For a family holiday, this is by far the best recreation center on the Odessa coast!
The base is almost on the beach. Very convenient, the kids are always in front of our eyes, on the playground or on the beach, everything is close.
At first glance, as soon as you cross the threshold of the room, you immediately feel with what love and care the administration approached to create comfort and coziness. Everything is on the level, with taste and understanding!
Meals to choose from, if you want it yourself, please, modern kitchens with everything you need are equipped for this, but if you don’t want, please also rooms without a kitchen are even cheaper, there is a coffee shop where it’s very tasty and at affordable prices you can eat from a menu of your choice at home! But this cafe does not fit, please, there is a very developed infrastructure around, many other cafes, choose according to your taste, color and pocket : )
In general, the conditions for every taste and, again, the wallet! This is the advantage.
The atmosphere at the base is friendly, warm, family : ) !

There is a boiler, but there is not enough water for 5 people. For 10 days, we vacuumed the carpet once and changed the bed. We did not use their towels (they were painfully old). for relaxation, place for barbecue. 1 minute to the sea. The beach is wide, relatively clean. The sea was very cold for two days. It was stormy for two more days. The rest of the time the sea was clean and warm. But there were some bugs in the water (they said it was a sea dog), if you stand still, they bite painfully, if you move, they are not noticeable.

There are two braziers, one open on the sand, the second indoors, if it rains, it saves a lot. Each room has air conditioning, TV, electric kettle, toilet and hot shower, some rooms have a separate kitchen with utensils, some have a shared kitchen for several rooms. There are rooms with their own gazebo, it has a table and a bench. A set of bed linen and towels in each room, always clean. There are no noisy drunken companies here! Own packing area. The administration is good, they keep order, they make discounts if you take a room for a long time, you can ask for some little things - a spadefoot, a bowl, a knife, a corkscrew, ....There is a nice cafe and shop on the premises. Nearby there is a mini market where you can always buy fresh fruits, vegetables and various children's beach toys. About the bad It's time to change the beds and pillows for a long time !!! , in almost all the rooms the beds are broken, the mattresses are squeezed in them, by the way they are not replaceable, the beds are like sofas only without backs, pillows are generally tin to sleep on them, except perhaps a man who has drunk a liter of vodka and just passed out, for 7 years they have never been changed, I always take my pillows with me.
