We ordered food, waited 20 minutes, then the waiter came up and said that the kitchen would not work for another 40 minutes, sort of like a staff strike (! ). Advised to go to a restaurant on the beach. But he asked me to pay for drinks. With our drinks in hand, we wandered off in search of another restaurant. The waiters ignored us until we called them. It was terribly hot on the beach and one unfortunate worker was preparing pizzas for everyone (other dishes were not offered, again due to a strike in the kitchen). The "chef" was preparing pizzas not far from our table and yelled at the waiters that "I'm the only one here" and "tell them (i. e. visitors) not to order this and that. " In general, after an hour, our pizza was finally ready. Having quickly swallowed it, exhausted from the heat, we wandered back to the hotel to finally settle down. On the way, we were horrified to see pools with muddy water and floating green algae (not at all like in advertising photos). At the reception they said that the room seemed to be ready, only there were no duvet covers, but "there will definitely be by the end of the day. " This, by the way, is about a suite for 5000 UAH per night. The last two drops of my patience were that they gave me a form to fill out, enter my full name, residence permit, etc. , which in a normal hotel they themselves can copy from the passport, and at the end they said that I need to pay another 46 UAH (! ) tourist tax. I asked to make me at least a discount of 46 UAH due to the lack of duvet covers, to which the administrator just shrugged her shoulders and said that they did not provide discounts. In general, this whole dull place with their attitude towards visitors, dirty pools, unwillingness to provide any customer service or at least its semblance, instilled in me a terrible disgust. I thought that I would not get any pleasure from being here. We didn't even move in. And they did it right. We found a great place nearby Hudson Club, where prices are 2 times cheaper, a clean pool and beach, and friendly staff.
