Prices are a little closer to Russian ones, but cheaper - only cafes! And the work schedule until the last client is very convenient. Calling a taxi from the hotel is no problem. Even a minivan was found in 5 minutes (75 hryvnia to the airport). The staff is quiet, modest and not intrusive. Rooms and bathrooms are clean! Maybe a little stuffy. . . It's better not to open the windows: the city authorities did not take care of the nearby buildings, which inspire horror with their appearance! But in the evening, light illumination brightens up this shortcoming. TV in the room is the usual analog. However, there was no time to look at the box! Why not settle down again in this art hotel? 2-storey suite I want to try!

The room is very nice - clean and modern. A must visit restaurant. You will be pleasantly surprised! I am quite demanding and sometimes too picky, but I have not experienced so much positive and pleasure for a long time. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the service is at the highest level precisely because you feel complete comfort despite the fact that you do not notice how and who creates this comfort.

The receptionist is so small that there is simply nowhere to turn around, the administrator boy answers with such an arrogant look that I thought maybe I owe him something in this life ? ? The room is a nightmare, do not believe the photos on the site, in reality they are three times smaller, the bed with springs that rest against the back, the slightest rustle from the next room is heard incredibly. It’s so dark in the bathroom - you can’t see anything, but when you look closely, you understand why - they just don’t clean it, the sewerage in the shower cabin is clogged. But it was half the trouble, I realized later when I went to have breakfast. Firstly, the administrator did not explain what to do with the breakfast card, the same is true of the employees of this one, figuratively speaking - the canteen here is rudeness at every turn, The situation is a girl - an employee of this canteen, chatting with a friend in a pose I'm sorry - cancer - resting her stomach on the table, when I approached her to ask where I needed to go and what to do - she didn’t even get up, she just turned her head and said “Next”. But in general, people eat on these tables, where she, excuse me, shakes her breasts, She didn’t explain where to go. To tell for a long time 0 is also rudeness both at the checkout and in service. By the way - at the checkout near the cashier crawled a cockroach. I am glad that Donetsk is so environmentally friendly . As a result, I didn’t live the second day - I moved out. But even more outraged was the fact that when I read the reviews on their website, it was only laudatory odes (written by the employees themselves) and my negative review never appeared. A hotel with a very convenient location. The room is comfortable, although not big. Great bar in the hotel. I really liked the design of the hotel and the same bar - every evening something new. The hotel is not as classy as Victoria, but definitely better in terms of quality / price. We had some problems with the bathroom in our room, everything ended with a flooded floor : -).

I liked the very modern and original design. The hotel as a whole is good, next to the hotel is a club - who cares. Please note that some of the hotel rooms have virtually no windows (small and face the backyard). Choose rooms on the other side of the hotel.

I liked the hotel. Great hotel style. Great rooms - cozy and comfortable. Friendly staff at the reception. I also liked that the infrastructure near the hotel is well developed - there is where to eat and relax. We were satisfied with the choice of the hotel. We will also stay at this hotel next time.
