I really like this hotel, I have been staying here for several years. For a business trip - just what you need! Firstly, it’s very convenient, I got off the train and the hotel is a stone’s throw away, you don’t have to go anywhere (after a night trip, you don’t feel like it at all upon arrival, getting off the train and riding, there is one desire - to put yourself in order and relax a bit before work) .

Firstly, it’s very convenient, I got off the train and the hotel is a stone’s throw away, you don’t have to go anywhere (after a night trip, you don’t feel like it at all upon arrival, getting off the train and riding, there is one desire - to put yourself in order and relax a bit before work) . Secondly, it is always clean in the room and in the bathroom with a toilet, I have never come across a dirty, dusty room. Thirdly, a very pleasant, responsive team of administrators, girls have repeatedly helped me in solving my personal issues. In general, I can say that in relation to the hotel, I have only an extremely positive review.
There is one minus - this is a cafe at the hotel! As they explained to me, the cafe is a rented room from the hotel owners... so I would highly recommend changing tenants, because this establishment has at least one minus in my review, but nevertheless it is ! The cafe is constantly dirty inside, the kitchen leaves much to be desired (the dishes taste like canteen food), I don’t like breakfasts, so I voluntarily refused them, the staff is odd (especially the waitresses).

Good hotel for those traveling by train. The hotel is very close to the train station. But this is a minus - far from the center. Trolleybus ride takes 25-30 minutes. The hotel staff is a plus.

I really liked the location of the hotel - close to the train station. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, and just do the rooms are clean and comfortable. Didn't like the weird breakfast and shared bathrooms for the cheaper rooms.

I have a small business in Donetsk and I often come here on business, I have been to many hotels and I will tell you what: this is the best hotel in Donetsk at an inexpensive price. I always take a single or double standard room. Shower and toilet right in the room, everything is very clean. The maids will always help, if anything.

In general, the hotel staff is always top notch. I met all the administrators there, they always welcome me there and meet me by name. I come almost like visiting relatives. I recommend them to all my friends.
Their cafe is average, it's true, but here I found a way out. I agree with the chef in advance and they cook for me separately for the same price (plus a tip, of course). You can always agree, if you don't be rude and don't play kings.
