1) Downtown (to the Donbass arena 12 minutes on foot, to the embankment 6 minutes);
2) Price (from 200 UAH/day for a single room (only 9 single rooms) and there seem to be 27 rooms in total);
3) Pretty neat rooms and sane staff (redecoration, a small TV set, air conditioning, a desk, 2 folding chairs, a table lamp, bedside tables, a hanger, excellent Wi-Fi, etc. );
Minuses:
1) A shared bathroom on the floor (2 bathrooms with a toilet, a shower cabin (boiler and hot water all the time) and a washbasin, everything is kept clean and in working condition).
2.3rd floor of a residential building (Khrushchev), entrance, like all entrances in old houses, entrance from the courtyard, not the most respectable;
