Minuses:
1) A shared bathroom on the floor (2 bathrooms with a toilet, a shower cabin (boiler and hot water all the time) and a washbasin, everything is kept clean and in working condition).
2.3rd floor of a residential building (Khrushchev), entrance, like all entrances in old houses, entrance from the courtyard, not the most respectable;
3) There is no food, no buffet, no bar, nothing like that.
