The staff on the floors (I can't call them cleaners) are friendly, good-natured and immediately resolve all issues.

The photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality, we lived in a forest house, it feels like it was made of plywood (we heard a child coughing and adults snoring all night). The doors to the toilet did not close, the TV did not work (did not catch the channels). The furniture is very tired. . . In short, I do not recommend to anyone!.

Great vacation spot for the family! Well-groomed and protected territory. Car parking. Rooms for every taste and price. Some kind of master classes and events for children are constantly held, you can "surrender" the child to the animators and enjoy your vacation in peace. The only negative - well, sooooo cold pool! When the water temperature in the river was 25, the pool was 17. Well, the hotel itself is sooo expensive. Therefore, there is a service of staying on the territory from 9 to 21 for a reasonable price. Restaurant food is not cheap either. . Room prices are generally sky high, so a day visit will be enough to get yourself a bunch of cool cool photos from a cool hotel and explore all the territorial attractions!

For those arriving by car, there are two parking lots: one on the territory of the complex, the other at the entrance, near the premises where the guards are located.
But you need to be prepared for the fact that when you are fully occupied, there may not be enough space in any of the parking lots, and you will have to leave the car just in the forest.
The settlement went very quickly. You can pay by card.
If your room is not located in the main building, then you will be taken from the check-in place in a special small car.
My room was on the first floor of the second building. It is very similar to the Standard 2 TWIN, with only one bed on the "first floor".
Since there is no description of this room on the hotel website, I am adding a few photos.
The room is small but comfortable enough.
In my opinion, there are only two drawbacks:
1) An iron ladder to the bed, the steps of which, due to their square section and the material of manufacture, are quite painful to climb barefoot;
2) The lack of a full-fledged air conditioner. My arrival came at a time when the outside air temperature was consistently above 30 degrees and approaching 40. My room had an underfloor air conditioner (you can see it in one of the photos). He worked well. But the removal of hot air from it is carried out through a special corrugated pipe. When I checked into the room, this pipe lay just on the floor, between the door to the room and a thick green curtain. Since the air from the pipe is very hot, the temperature in this mini-corridor was very high.
I managed to independently bring the pipe into the window located on the front door. This lowered the air temperature, but completely deprived the floor air conditioner of mobility. Now, with the constant operation of the air conditioner, the room was comfortable, but the air flow did not reach the “second floor”, and there remained a high temperature, at which it was not very comfortable to sleep.
Bed "one and a half" with a comfortable mattress.
The lighting is soft. I would like it to be brighter.
It is very convenient that you can turn the light on and off with a switch located at the head of the bed. There is also a night light switch and one free socket.
In addition to the socket on the "second floor", there are at least three more free sockets in the room.
LCD TV (with a diagonal of at least 26 inches) with a set of basic Ukrainian channels.
Wi-Fi in the room is good, with a stable signal, you can watch movies online.
There is a temperature controlled minibar.
It was empty when I visited.
As a compliment from the hotel, there was a liter bottle of non-carbonated water in the room. Another half-liter bottle was added in the morning.
The bathroom is small, but with a convenient placement of all plumbing items.
The shower is comfortable and there is hot water all the time.
The lighting in the bathroom is not very bright. There is no additional magnifying mirror.
From bath accessories: three towels, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, soap, 2 caps, a cosmetic set, a sewing kit.
Shampoo and shower gel - average quality.
There is a hair dryer.
On the second day they cleaned the room well, added shower gel, replaced the towel thrown on the floor.
Breakfast is a standard buffet for a four-star hotel. Cold cuts, two types of fish, vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, boiled potatoes, buckwheat porridge, two types of milk porridge, muesli, pastries, orange juice, water with lemon, tea, coffee, milk, kefir.
The food is delicious.
Dishes and cutlery are new and clean. The staff is polite, helpful.
In the evening, the restaurant serves delicious cocktails. The prices are comparable with Kyiv ones.
A little about infrastructure.
The pool is open from 8:00 to 20:00.
Beach towels can be collected and exchanged at the same time in the pool area.
The depth of the pool is from 0.5 m to 1.5 m. The water is cold (feels like no more than 23 degrees) and does not warm up even on very hot days.
There are always free comfortable sun loungers.
The water in the river is quite clean and warmer than in the pool. The sand on the beach is clean and pleasant. There are plastic sun loungers. Less comfortable than those by the pool but ok.
You can swim in the river around the clock.
There is also a volleyball court on the beach.
If we talk about the overall impression, then the price per room for the level of comfort and service offered, in my opinion, is a bit high.
In GoodZone, you pay, first of all, for beautiful nature: a pine forest, frequent air, a beautiful lake (in which there are not only fish, but also turtles), mowed lawns and carefully cleaned paths
