Spacious, comfortable.
View from the window - to the bus station. The panoramic window looks, of course, spectacular, but does not provide sound insulation: in the morning, when heavy traffic of trams and cars begins, a lot of extraneous sounds penetrate into the room.
A double wide bed with a comfortable mattress provides a good rest.
Good lighting. You can either turn on the main chandelier or use a floor lamp or bedside lamps.
Moreover, in bedside lamps, you can choose from two types of lighting: diffused soft or directional light.
The air temperature is controlled by the climate system, the control panel of which is located on the wall. Choose a comfortable temperature and the desired fan operation mode.
To maintain the set temperature, the fan can be turned on at the minimum rotation speed, then the noise from the operation of the climate system is not audible.
There are more than three free outlets.
LCD TV with a diagonal of approximately 26 inches with a set of basic Ukrainian and several satellite channels. The control panel is convenient.
Wi-Fi in the room is good, with a stable signal, you can watch movies online.
There is a safe and only 4 clothes hangers in the closet.
There is a minibar with chilled drinks and snacks.
Prices are quite high.
As a compliment, the hotel offers a bottle of 0.5 liters of still water.
The bathroom is comfortable with a shower.
The lighting is good. There is an additional lamp above the mirror. Unfortunately, there are no mirrors with the effect of increasing reflection, which is present in other similar hotels of the chain.
The floor heating temperature control panel is mounted on the wall. There was no need for heating, so I did not use it.
Plumbing is good, everything works fine.
From bath accessories: three towels, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, soap, cap, sewing kit, cosmetic kit.
You get used to good things quickly, so it was strange to see ordinary slippers, and not branded ones with the Premier network logo, and shower gel in bags, not in bottles.
There is a hair dryer. Works good.
The breakfast is good, but in my opinion, it is more modest than in the hotels of the chain with the same number of stars, for example, in Lviv or Kharkov.
Meat cuts from two types of meat and one sausage, cheese cuts from two types of cheese (plus packaged processed cheese), vegetables, scrambled eggs, cereals, muesli, pastries, desserts, juices, water, milk, yogurt, tea, coffee and coffee drinks, fruits , berries.
There was an unusual lack of sausages and bacon, replaced by two hot chicken dishes.
Delicious creme brulee dessert. Be sure to try! .
The friendliness of the staff deserves special mention. Communication is friendly, with a smile. Upon request, a mobile phone charger and additional cosmetic accessories were provided within a few minutes.

I have stayed at the hotel several times for one night while on a business trip. The rooms were booked in advance. As an example to other hotels, the standard room is quite spacious. The bathroom was just sparkling clean. The plumbing works great. The room was clean, there were no extraneous smells (including cigarettes).

Once we were settled by a "friendly crowd" quite late at night after a corporate event . . This did not bother the staff at all: they quickly assigned everyone to their rooms and put them to bed)))
Although I am quite picky about food, I really liked the breakfasts. And my colleagues too.
From the staff I talked: with the girls at the reception, with the restaurant staff, with the maids - all well done, there are no comments from me personally.
In my opinion the rooms are a little overpriced. However, in general, I really liked the hotel. I will gladly come again!
