We had a smaller room, and friends generally have a huge one - 4 beds (for them with 2 children, in general, what they need). There is no breakfast, but you can negotiate with restaurants - there are 3 pcs nearby.

There is no breakfast, but you can negotiate with restaurants - there are 3 pcs nearby. But the hotel has a nice kitchenette, which helped us a lot. During our stay, there were only neighbors twice, and so the whole floor and the kitchen were only ours)) it seems that they rented a whole house for a penny)) everything you need in the kitchen. With the administrator, they even solved the issue of washing children's clothes. We were washed and given a dryer in the room, for which many thanks! . Floor heating in bathrooms
