We got to this hotel by accident, as we fled from the Sun Valley (I wrote a review what's what), the hotel impressed with its cleanliness, spacious bright rooms, a great restaurant, chic terraces! Special thanks to the administrator Larisa, a wonderful and kind-hearted woman, very attentiveand friendly! We really liked everything in this hotel, but unfortunately, when we were already leaving and leaving our rooms, the administrator Larisa was not there and her assistant (a complete brunette) managed to spoil our whole impression! This person took our room in such a way thatit was just disgusting.

Special thanks to the administrator Larisa, a wonderful and kind-hearted woman, very attentiveand friendly! We really liked everything in this hotel, but unfortunately, when we were already leaving and leaving our rooms, the administrator Larisa was not there and her assistant (a complete brunette) managed to spoil our whole impression! This person took our room in such a way thatit was just disgusting. . . She looked at us and sniffed all the towels!!!! And bed linen! and we lived in two rooms with children! except that she didn’t taste them, and then she found a trace of foundation on one towel and said that it didn’t wash well and seemed to want us to wash it !!! or paid! I have never met such bad manners and impudence, wherever we rested, whether it be a Ukrainian hotel or a foreign one, I met such a person for the first time in this hotel! I do not want.... except to eat in your restaurant, where a wonderful team of chefs, waiters and a bartender works (special thanks to him for his hospitality)!
