We had a late check out for 50% payment. This is convenient if the train leaves at night.

We booked a suite with a balcony on the second floor. Large, comfortable room with everything you need. Good furniture and new plumbing. Towels and bed linen are up to standard, changed daily and every three days. The cosmetic set is replenished every day. The room had bathrobes and slippers. Checked in at 8am at no extra charge.

Food system -Only bed : -) Taking into account the holidays, the restaurant worked somehow incomprehensibly, so it was not possible to evaluate the cuisine.
The room itself is spacious and brand new. But somehow it is uncomfortable and empty in it: two shifted beds (really very small), bedside tables, a small wardrobe, a TV cabinet (it also has a virgin empty refrigerator, which works quite loudly). This is in the room, then for half the room there is a wall that encloses the guest area: a coffee table with 2 chairs and 3 glasses and a sofa bed. It's more comfortable there - an almost completely glass wall and heavy curtains in the evening set you up very romantically. But in the morning the curtains had to be closed tightly - in the house opposite, a very curious old lady sits in the window all day : -)
There is carpet on the floor. In the dressing room - clothes hanger, disposable slippers. There are no cabinets for shoes.
The bathroom is also spacious, everything is standard - a shower, a toilet with a bidet function, a washbasin. Set: shampoos, shower gel, caps.

For three days, the presence of the maid was felt only once - when on the last day they returned to the hotel in the evening, they saw a new roll of toilet paper and an empty trash can. Dust on the furniture and rubbish on the floor remained the same.
On the night of January 1-2, one of the former ministers, and now a big local boss, with a company, celebrated New Year's Eve. This action took place on the 1st floor in a restaurant. Our room was on the 2nd floor, above the restaurant. . . trumpet, drum and loud singing of the Chernivtsi aristocracy with the approval of the hotel administration. . . In general, we managed to fall asleep after 3 am, when the singers and musicians were tired.
I would especially like to note the hotel staff - they seem to be deaf and dumb... On the day of departure, I went to the reception desk to give the key card. The porter on duty didn't even raise his head, he just muttered something like "uh-huh. "
In short, we will definitely go to Chernivtsi, we liked the city. To the Georg Palace Hotel - no way. For the same amount, you can find a better option.
