Already at the front desk, a man and his wife expressed their dissatisfaction with the administrator about the deterioration of service compared to last year. I was also surprised that instead of gently resolving the issue and trying to leave a good impression on the client, the administrator entered into an argument with him.
For some reason, my question about the cost of the room went to the philosophy of what I need the room for. Somewhat surprised.
In general, got a room on the 4th floor.
The positive point is the price, only 260 hryvnia (room only, no meals, etc. ) So for the price - well done.
I also note that the bedding was new and clean, as were the towels.
Everything else was not a fountain. (Perhaps my expectations were too high? ) But I think that it is not difficult for the staff to clean the room well. In order:
- the mats by the bed on both sides were not vacuumed, there is garbage on them
- on the bedside table on the right side there are traces of glasses
- Dried dirt around the buttons on the TV remote control
- bathroom. No one tried to wipe everything well there, there are traces of stains and splashes everywhere. There is mold in the corners of the shower room (it could have been wiped off with a household cleaner a long time ago) there are traces of rust on most of the metal elements.
- strong smell of smoking in the room
Conclusion: just to spend the night is fine. Rest and live - never.

I rested with friends in the city of Chernivtsi, we went there to go skiing in Migovo and Bukovel. We stayed at the Coral 3 * hotel, we expected the worst based on the cost, but were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, ventilated and very comfortable! the hotel has a good restaurant, also a sauna where we warmed up after skiing! It was nice to find that the hotel has wi-fi for free in the restaurant and at the reception.
