We were at the beginning of May 2015. And they didn’t book it, because there was nothing to book in the whole city (everything was taken apart). A very nice girl at the reception came into our delicate situation and offered us first one room, and then a couple of hours later the second. Economy rooms with amenities in the hallway. Because the other numbers (all) were busy. Clean, a little old shabby bed linen, the room is clean, the windows into the courtyard - no noise, quiet. The TV does not have many channels, the rooms were cool even for May. The furniture is new, good high mattresses. In the corridor in the toilet there is always disposable soap, shampoo and toilet. paper, did not use the shower. Hot water is always available. Came only to spend the night in the room. We walked to the second floor, the elevators were off. Very satisfied. Prices are not high. Location in the very center. Walking in different directions is very convenient to get. We ate at a cafe across the street. Solid 4. Special thanks to the staff for their timely assistance.

The location is trump, city center. However, it is still an indestructible scoop. Arrived there January 3.2010, at 7 pm; at the reception they said that our room was not ready yet (although the calculation starts from 12 noon, and I booked back in November). Moreover, Russian (like “your”) tourists are to blame for this, who left late from there.

Although it was clear that they had not moved out half an hour ago, but the aunts on the floor were just strumming in their closet instead of cleaning the room. We ended up sitting for a while watching them sweep the room.

The room is executed unusually: two huge corridors (one empty "dressing room", in the other a large closet and an easy chair, it is not clear why), then a "bedroom" with a TV set and from it a door to the bathroom. "Bedroom" is normal; there are few channels in the TV set; there is an exit to the balcony, hanging directly above a small but busy street. In the bathroom, on the one hand, in addition to the bidet, there was a real jacuzzi (!!! ) with all the bells and whistles; on the other hand, from a cut piece of a drain pipe sticking out of the floor, there was a smell of sewage.
In the same building there is a convenience store (entrance from the lane) that sells inexpensive draft wine.

I stayed at this hotel in December 2009, rented a single room for 190 UAH, without breakfast. I am satisfied with the hotel: this is an old building in which the hotel was located in the century before last. The room is small, but there is enough space for one person. The furniture is new, the bed is comfortable.

The furniture is new, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, but enough for one, I think the plumbing and tiles are new and modern.
A big plus of this hotel is its location in the city center, right behind the town hall, five minutes walk to Kobylianska Street, where you can have breakfast and slowly drink coffee for every taste.

They took the cheapest number, for two hundred and something hryvnias (240 or 260, or maybe 280, I don’t remember exactly). For the money, the room was in principle not bad. Pros: high ceilings, beautiful and comfortable furniture.

They took the cheapest number, for two hundred and something hryvnias (240 or 260, or maybe 280, I don’t remember exactly). For the money, the room was in principle not bad. Pros: high ceilings, beautiful and comfortable furniture. The room as a whole is quite cozy, well heated, at the end of October we slept with the windows open. Cons - one of the two sconces did not work (and no one from the staff was interested : ), there were few channels on TV (there were no music at all), plus the shower was some kind of contrast (sometimes cool, then hot, then again cool).
We really liked that the hotel is located in the very center, in a very beautiful area of the city. The windows overlooked Ivana Franka Street.
I can’t say anything about breakfasts and other dinners - we didn’t use them.
I booked a room two days in advance by phone, upon arrival they were issued without any problems.
In general, the hotel and the room - a solid 4.
