I stayed at this hotel in December 2009, rented a single room for 190 UAH, without breakfast.
I am satisfied with the hotel: this is an old building in which the hotel was located in the century before last. The room is small, but there is enough space for one person. The furniture is new, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, but enough for one, I think the plumbing and tiles are new and modern.
A big plus of this hotel is its location in the city center, right behind the town hall, five minutes walk to Kobylianska Street, where you can have breakfast and slowly drink coffee for every taste.
