I did not like the attitude to customers! ! ! ! ! Unfortunately, the hotel, which advertises itself as expensive, beautiful and fashionable, was not so. Only expensive. Price and quality of service do not match. I'll start with the fact that my family and I traveled abroad. And when they approached Ukraine, they decided to book a hotel in Chernivtsi, because they would not be able to reach Vinnytsia with small children. Found the Arbat Hotel on the site. Not cheap but in the photo we liked it. We decided to book. Ordered two rooms, because we have 3 children and we do not fit on one bed))) We were on the road all day, in the evening at the border. But, unfortunately, the program failed and we crossed the border at 3 o'clock in the morning. We arrived at the hotel at 4.00. I really hoped to rest at the hotel and get some sleep. But she hoped in vain. When I went to the reception, the administrator shocked me. It turned out that he just sold one of our numbers to other people! ! ! !!
He argued that we arrived late. How? ? ? And having said that he called and I did not pick up the phone. I was abroad. To which he replied that I had an answer to his call to write an SMS. That is, if about 10 unfamiliar numbers called me in the evening, I had to text everyone and ask who and why called me? I think that if I made a reservation not for six months, but on the day of the night, it means that I will arrive 100%. In the end, we were confronted with the fact that there was only one room with an extra bed and my three children and I had to fit in it. We had to stay, because it is simply impossible to look for something new at 4 o'clock in the morning. We slept on the same bed with two children (1 and 3 years old). But we could not sleep, because the soundproofing between the rooms is ABSENT! ! ! ! ! In the next room there was a "passionate love" and it seemed that we were lying next to them))) So we did not sleep.
And it is also unpleasant that the owner of this institution also believes that they did the right thing. My conclusion is one: customers at this hotel simply do not appreciate. Therefore, I will never choose this hotel again and will not recommend it to my friends.
