We stayed in a two-room cottage. The first impression was very good, a large and beautiful area, a large swimming pool, a nice cottage, but the very first night was spoiled by annoying flies that simply did not let me sleep in the morning, the next two mornings from half past five the ATV rumbled under the windows. There is simply no kitchen, we had dinner once and then went to Cherkassy where there are very decent restaurants. Breakfast is just a different story, we were “lucky” to try it once, on the second day at half past nine there was nothing to eat, and on the third day we were told that there were few people in the hotel and there would be no buffet, the sleepy bartender suggested make an order and wait for which we turned around and went to have a delicious breakfast at Caffeine. The indoor pool was not working and the outdoor water is cool. In a room for 4 thousand there are no basic accessories like a corkscrew, napkins. The last straw was that when I checked out at the reception they told me that the maid was missing one spoon!! ! they said that I need to pay but they could not find how much I have to pay. I left this "miracle" hotel with a feeling of anger, the negligence of the staff rolls over!! !
