I planned to have a rest with my family on New Year's weekend from December 30 to January 5. An unpleasant surprise was the mandatory payment for the New Year celebration in the amount of UAH 2.200. , from an adult and 700 UAH. with a child. I did not receive any logical explanation as to why we should pay these funds if we do not want to participate in the party. I understand that owners have the right to make their demands, but they must be at least reasonable. It turns out that it is more important for an institution to cut down fast grandmothers at a New Year's corporate party, to get a burnt territory and a loss from drunken brawls, than to accept a regular customer with a family for a week.
This approach of mine from my point of view is wrong and offensive, you are blacklisted for us. I do not wish success.
There is a reception desk separate from the bar, where all entertainment is paid for. There you can see the main color of this "Scoop" service. The woman is inadequate at all. No understanding of politeness, basic manners of communication and tact. You can't wait for a smile from her! We arrived there and wanted to pay for the pool first ...I give a card, and in response to me boorish "terminal does not work. "

When I asked how you can ride a jet ski, I was told to look for a gray-haired man in a red T-shirt! ! ! ! ! ! ! WHAT? Why should I look for someone?
As you know, this man was not in the pool, because he was in the garage) The rental scheme works as follows: 1) go to this man who hates visitors, which he tells you in person, because they break the equipment; 2) say you want to ride; 3) he sends you to the reception to pay for the service; 4) come back and listen to how everyone pissed him off; 5) gather on the beach and listen to the instructions. All this time he is shouting at you because he can't speak normally.
Another bonus was hearing the main color at the reception and her staff member discussing the arrival of guests. They were not happy about it at all, as they openly said while I was waiting in the lobby of my turn. Oh, and if this idiot told you something wrong, the administrator will call you and tell you that you were wrong ...this is also discussed with the guests!

The next day we came an hour after the start of breakfast, but there was no food at all. Upon returning from breakfast, the husband was looking in the room for something to eat. There is nowhere to dry swimwear. The ceiling in the pool is completely peeling off. Water temperature - 24C. In the hot tub, a man cut his leg. Theoretically there is Internet, but in practice it is not (it was not possible to catch it from 4 devices). Lots of flies.
The general impression is that it is quite possible to go, but it is advisable to be prepared for minor difficulties. And stock up on food : -)
We lived in a superior room. The room is clean, well equipped with a mini fridge, hair dryer and shampoos. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the cleaned area. The indoor pool didn't really work, but they heated a bathhouse for us and cooled off in the outdoor pool. Everything is super!

We didn't even take the rest of the food. I didn't want to go back to this 'ruin'. It’s a pity, it’s a pity that it’s so beautiful and such longing there. Not recommended, unfortunately.

Regular clarification of relations between employees and the administration, regardless of the guests, the sofa at the reception was chosen by a person (in appearance resembling a plasterer builder), but as it turned out later, this is a kitchen worker who cooks food.
Order a taxi for a certain time - do not even try. : )
I had to persuade and tell how to do it right at the reception, and anyway, after the appointed time, I had to wait on the street for about 30 minutes to get to the city.
But the worst comes with the onset of the evening!
As soon as you want to enjoy the evening sunset and a wonderful view of the river, in the company of music and dinner, then the "mosquito sabbath" begins, you cannot bear it, because they are just dark, in the morning you can hardly find a living place on open parts of the body.
The most important thing is that the leadership knows about it, but does not want to fight them. The staff at the bar openly laughs at the visitors and their torment.
The summary is like this. If you want to relax and have a good time, then you definitely do not need to go here.
