We discussed 80 UAH per adult by phone and we had 4 children of which 3 to 5 years old, one was 9. Seeing the state of our "rooms" they wanted to immediately change them to more expensive ones, but according to the owners they were not left free, although after us people came without reservations and chose free ones. After some hesitation, we decided to stay. In the evening we came up to pay off the owners dumped us the amount of 1600 UAH. in two days. It turns out that they also counted children two years old as for an adult and, apparently, hoping that we would agree at night. On their website, of course, there is nothing of this and reviews of vacationers too. I do not recommend!!!
P. S. For the sake of justice, it is worth noting that the nature and the territory of the base itself are good, the beach, although small, is comfortable, there is a place for children to swim, beautiful gazebos.

During the day, electric fishing rods go along the canal on oars, they are not at all embarrassed by passing boats. This information is for those who come to fish.
But if you decide to relax, then the fun begins. The rooms are very dark and small even for one person, the dirt is all around, there is no ventilation, there are old mosquito nets on the windows with huge holes, the beds are terrible !! ! (a flat board with a thin mattress and a wooden rib in the middle), broken light switches, due to the fact that the rooms are small, you have to sleep and your feet almost rest against the door. Bathroom and shower one per floor!! ! The shower room has a very strong smell of mold and other fungus. The shower room does not close from the inside (the latch is broken). The fungus from the shower stall has already moved into the corridor. Rooms outside are not closed at all - this is not provided. It is impossible to sleep for a number of reasons: the whole room trembles when even a child passes along the corridor, it seems that they are trying to drop a door into your room or break through the wall. If you want to watch TV, you will have to rent a banquet hall for 300 UAH. For air conditioning is better not to ask at all. And all this pleasure costs 600 hryvnia per night - two cardboard rooms with a total area of no more than 15 square meters. m.
We were not lucky yet, as a company from Cherkassy arrived and celebrated the anniversary until 2.30 with music and squealing, and since the territory near the base is small, we had to listen to all the drunken chatter until late at night, the windows and the entire plywood structure do not protect at all from street noise. The administration responded to all our requests for silence (we were just unlucky! last weekend we didn’t celebrate anniversaries until the morning... ). So sleep began to come only after 3:30 in the morning. But it was not possible to sleep for a long time, somewhere from 4:30 motor boats began to walk along the canal, when the boat passes such a resonance with windows and walls next to it, it seems that the boat will now enter the door.
There are many barbecues on the territory, but it's better to take coal with you!! ! Otherwise, you will have to grill kebabs on pine wood with carcinogens or on boards with paint residues from old sheds.
Regarding swimming in the channel, if you are not embarrassed by the silty bottom a meter from the shore, then you can swim to your health - the water is clean, the air is also forest. But if you want to take a shower from the road, do not forget to send a person to turn on the boiler in the socket, otherwise you will be tempered with cold water.
