I booked a room by phone in advance, discussed the conditions and the price. On the appointed day, I called in the morning and clarified everything again! We were supposed to be picked up at the airport at 12. At the appointed time, no one came by phone, they answered that we had to wait a little longer or did not pick up the phone! As a result, after 2 hours we were told to take the bus to the center of Boryspil, and after 20 minutes they still took us from there. We arrived at the hotel, and began to count on what we were told that there is no such price of 400 UAH, there is only 650 UAH! And the fact that we agreed for a different price, they said that we agreed with the manager who has not been working for them since today! And that our armor is not there either! And all these are our problems! And all in a rather rude tone! Naturally, after such an attitude, we did not stay with them! We decided to find another hotel on the Internet, and found that the promised wi-fi did not work either! It’s good that I still had contacts of other hotels, and we went to the neighboring Stara Vezha hotel, paid a little more, but it was worth it! This is not an advertisement for Staraya Vezha, but simply a warning about the England hotel!! ! About the irresponsible attitude of the staff towards visitors!
