At 3 a. m. , our peaceful sleep was interrupted, because in the middle of the night the administrator Lida settled a couple in the next room, knowing that they had come there for several hours just for sex. And in addition, they did not fully pay for the time spent there. Because the administrator knocked on their room in the morning and demanded a full payment! And was it not clear to Lida, for what purpose the room was rented for several hours, if a couple of locals came without suitcases, but with one handbag ???
We have not slept since 3 am, turned to the administrator for help, knocked on their room, however, all night long orgies with sound effects and TV running at full volume continued! No measures have been taken by the hotel to ensure the comfort of guests. When we wanted to meet with the director in the morning, demanding compensation for a sleepless night, he simply did not show up for the meeting. Because the administration has already told him why we want to see him.
If you don't want to ruin your night's peaceful rest, then choose another hotel, not "4 seasons". Terrible place!
