The hotel area is small and cozy, everything is clean. Each vacationer has his own table in the gazebo. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, a huge minus of the kitchen is a two-burner electric stove, it is terrible, in my opinion, it barely puffed and two burners for six rooms is very little. Sometimes I had to wait for my turn to cook food. Also missing a microwave. The hotel offers set breakfast and lunch options. Personally, we ordered lunch - the cost is 60 UAH. Everything is delicious, the portions are large. Another minus is the brazier, it is one for the whole hotel, and there are a lot of people who want to cook a barbecue.
The room is clean and spacious, fully consistent with the description on the hotel website, linen change and room cleaning on request.

We went this summer, August 2012. The hotel is very good, the beach and the sea are much cleaner than in nearby hotels, they paid attention because the parents lived nearby at another base, so ours was just gorgeous in terms of rooms, beach and sea. The rooms are all clean and beautiful, cozy territory, the sea is clear and warm, and the beach in the city is dirty, here it is very clean.

We went this summer, August 2012. The hotel is very good, the beach and the sea are much cleaner than in nearby hotels, they paid attention because the parents lived nearby at another base, so ours was just gorgeous in terms of rooms, beach and sea. The rooms are all clean and beautiful, cozy territory, the sea is clear and warm, and the beach in the city is dirty, here it is very clean. We traveled with our 2.5 year old daughter. It was convenient that there was a kitchen where I prepared everything for the child without any problems. Very friendly and nice host Katya! We are going to come back again! Of the shortcomings for me personally, only the lack of a children's corner, but the hostess of the base still has a lot of ideas to improve the rest of the guests, I think everything will be fine! Thanks for the rest! We are definitely going to come! I advise everyone to visit this quiet cozy place!

The first vacation in the Crimea in 2010 was wonderful, the hotel is good in Alushta "Ellada", good rooms, infrastructure and the beach, it seemed to me then the best.

To everyone who needs my review I write. It took a long time to decide with a friend where to go to soak up the sun for 10 days (we are Muscovites), for the previous 2 years I visited Crimea! The first vacation in the Crimea in 2010 was wonderful, the hotel is good in Alushta "Ellada", good rooms, infrastructure and the beach, it seemed to me then the best. I had a wonderful vacation, many sights, beautiful places, a truly wonderful place.
When planning a vacation in 2011, our company decided to explore new places in the Crimea and we went to Sudak, having booked rooms in a private boarding house. And, Oh God, such a disappointment awaited us, the photographs provided were completely untrue, frankly, I didn’t even imagine how you could build your business like that, we even left ahead of schedule. Our disappointment was brightened up by the beauty of Sudak, a pleasant atmosphere, cafes on the beach, Crimean wine cheered us up very much)))) very much.
And now a new vacation, a new summer has come and Crimea again! Our company has become impoverished to the two of us - me and my girlfriends. The duty to find a home was entrusted to me and I attacked social networks and all kinds of sites. If someone has ever done such a thing, they will understand me - the task is not easy, a huge number of ads, sea offers, the same ads come across on different sites, I called some numbers several times (I realized this later))) Me accidentally interested in the review of tourists who visited the Sea of u200bu200bAzov, in Berdyansk. Having obtained information about this resort town, she called her friend and offered to consider this vacation spot (the main argument was sandy beaches, which is rare for Crimea). I will omit all the details of the search, comparison and making the final decision, I will only write that we went to the Berdyansk Spit. We were met at the station (by prior request) by the owners of the hotel, brought to the hotel and Miracle... we did not expect, a beautiful hotel, everything is done with such taste, neatly, one might say - expensive! The hotel is very small, with 8 rooms, very comfortable, calm and how beautiful! Then another surprise - the beach... I have not seen this anywhere before: a huge beach with a minimum number of people, no fuss, complete peace. After noisy Moscow, this is tripled, I guess. Private traders make horse rides along the beach, this is a magnificent landscape - horses on the sea (and we rode).
In general, I want to tell everyone, everyone, everyone, of course there is no crazy civilization in Berdyansk, but if you eat to take a break from the noise, lie down on a clean beach, get some fresh air - go to the Berdyansk Spit (the beaches in the city itself are not very good). The only thing is to carefully approach the issue of choosing hotels. Ours was not cheap, there were cheaper options, but for some reason we wanted to go there, although we were afraid of private hotels because of the Crimean experience of 2011. But everything went well.
