I have been enjoying this hotel for over a year now. The friendly receptionist Zhanna Vasilievna always greets you with her charming smile. From the entrance to the hotel - impeccable cleanliness and well-groomed territory. Lots of greenery and flowers. The rooms are large, bright, with a beautiful interior.

I have been enjoying this hotel for over a year now. The friendly receptionist Zhanna Vasilievna always greets you with her charming smile. From the entrance to the hotel - impeccable cleanliness and well-groomed territory. Lots of greenery and flowers. The rooms are large, bright, with a beautiful interior. Everything is chosen with taste. Each has its own zest. Every time I visit, I see something new. This year, chic gazebos have been added. And what there air and silence! The beach has its own area. There are also sunbeds and umbrellas. And most importantly, which is very pleasing - there are very few people on the beach. After the bustle of the city you get peace and great rest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Rested in late July - early August 2016 family. Basically, we liked everything. The hotel should be considered more like an apartment as food is not included in the price and needs to be taken care of by yourself. The hotel has equipped kitchen units and a veranda (dining room). So we didn't have any problems with it.

Rested in late July - early August 2016 family. Basically, we liked everything. The hotel should be considered more like an apartment as food is not included in the price and needs to be taken care of by yourself. The hotel has equipped kitchen units and a veranda (dining room). So we didn't have any problems with it. Do you want to cook yourself, do you want - in a cafe or a restaurant. The rooms are good, there was always hot water (shower, toilet), there is also a refrigerator, TV (satellite), air conditioning, etc. In general - all that is needed. There is Internet, but Wi-Fi is rather weak (it really pulled mail and social networks without any problems).
The territory is small (more precisely - compact), but well-groomed.
The cars were parked nearby, a couple of meters away, there was a specially designated place under the fence, i. e. there were no problems with parking.
But most importantly, the beach is only "a couple of meters"! I went out the gate and here it is, wide, few people....super (not like on the city beaches of Berdyansk)! The sea is great too! Clean and warm, and for children - this is generally the best option. On the beach - umbrellas, awnings and sun loungers (for hotel guests, of course, this is all free of charge).
In general, this is a good cozy hotel right on the open sea, there are few people on the beach, no fuss - chic! For a family holiday - perfect
