1. The establishment positions itself as a park hotel. It more or less worked out with the hotel - not once with the park, they began to improve the territory and threw it halfway (. In the so-called "lake" it’s not just swimming - you don’t want to walk along the banks. Most of the pavilions on the territory are cluttered, there is ash Jurassic period Plus, two abandoned construction sites adjoin the territory.
2. The concept of the institution. The Cote d'Azur, Provence and all that... It's not clear what side is the beach bar a la Miami and the under-pool instead of the Provencal rural cafe on the territory (and by all indications it was there originally) - it's not clear. Failed.
3. Numbers. Standard - purely double, you can't accommodate a child. Everything is fresh, design a la Provence with a claim to luxury, all appliances function flawlessly. And in all this splendor for three days, not the slightest sign of cleaning was found. It's ridiculous to talk about replacing at least towels. Failed.
4. Nutrition. Breakfasts and lunches, semi-buffet, acceptable in quality - but at a draconian price. Failed.
5. Not a good pool. A collapsible structure chest-deep for a 12-year-old child. And they promised a major... Well, how it fits into the concept of the hotel - I already noted above. Failed.
In general, as in that joke - they tried to get "high-tech", then they changed their minds to "high-tech", and now they settled on "to hell with it. " Sadly.
The Cote d'Azur Hotel is a typical representative of "Ukrainian service". The choice for this hotel fell because of the photo of a good room and is located on the first coastline. When making a reservation, a young man announced the cost and said that breakfast was included in it. And so we drove in... The third floor, the elevator does not work. The ramp is missing. There are no hooks and shelves in the bathroom, where to put toiletries and hang towels is not clear. The black hair on the white sheets was especially conspicuous. Further, the girl at the reception "pleased" with the news that breakfast was not included in our price, and that young man simply did not know this because he was not competent in this matter. In response to indignation, instead of resolving the situation, the lady exclaimed: Why be so nervous ? ! Cleaning of the rooms only on request and with great favour. Bed linen was not changed even once in 7 days! There wasn't even a roll of toilet paper in the room when we checked in! No one even hinted at a mini tour of the hotel's services, all dear friends themselves. Look for us and ask yourself. The pool is framed with wood. View from the windows to the construction site. The price of the rooms is absolutely unreasonably high!
