Service: "The fish rots" from the head, namely from the leaders or the hostess, as far as I understand:
1. Instead of handing over the keys and helping to carry the bags, the hostess calls the staff to report on the situation with the rooms, the client is 10 meters away with the bags waiting for the end of their "RAM"
2. At 8-9 in the morning they turned on the radio "for the whole", at my request they turned it off
3. Breakfast according to the staff at check-in "very varied". 1st day: porridge of your choice + scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs of your choice; 2nd day porridge to choose from (2 types). I do not need food, misleading is not necessary. In fairness: the porridge was just the same sincere, I still don’t understand how such rude and rude people can get such delicious food)
4. I waited for breakfast for about 40 minutes (1 table was occupied, when I came), to my repeated question, the answers ranged from "we will not be torn here" to "do not spoil people's digestion")
5. Approach to clients "individual" - first of all and pseudo-politely "favorite" clients are served, regardless of when you come
6. Prices in cafes are unreasonably high, but this is not a problem, especially if by car.

Don't lie, the hotel is very good. The owner is a very kind and nice woman. I personally sat in the pool with my friends until the morning. And the problems of those who get drunk and then crap anywhere and start to be rude when drunk, I myself have seen such people. Well, the kitchen there is just class! Hotel for decent people.

it’s just awful, you can’t call it anything else in this ESTABLISHMENT, HAMs work, the attitude towards vacationers is just terrible, everyone just complained, but no one cares about this, the hostess herself (as she introduced herself) is a very unpleasant person. So don’t spoil your nerves, for that kind of money you can find hotels on the beach, for example Nick, Violis is just SUPER.
