Booked a room for 4 days in this hotel. he was the only one left free on those dates and in the area. I wanted to be closer to the place where my friends rented a house. We arrived at 06-45, having previously booked a settlement. The phone at that time at the manager was turned off, all 3 numbers. I had to sleep with the children in the car, until at 08-30 a message came that the phone was back in touch. When I called, they said go to the staff, they will check you in. The manager met coolly, when asked about trying to find her earlier, she generally froze. Further, she categorically refused to accept payment by card, offered to go herself to look for an ATM, although the advance payment was accepted by card, arguing that she could not pay with a card in the bazaar.
