Booked a room for 4 days in this hotel. he was the only one left free on those dates and in the area. I wanted to be closer to the place where my friends rented a house. We arrived at 06-45, having previously booked a settlement. The phone at that time at the manager was turned off, all 3 numbers. I had to sleep with the children in the car, until at 08-30 a message came that the phone was back in touch. When I called, they said go to the staff, they will check you in. The manager met coolly, when asked about trying to find her earlier, she generally froze. Further, she categorically refused to accept payment by card, offered to go herself to look for an ATM, although the advance payment was accepted by card, arguing that she could not pay with a card in the bazaar. Bottom line: they met us as if they were doing a favor, that they were allowed to stay with them for 1400 UAH per day + a mandatory 300 UAH per day deposit for food in their cafe from each adult.
The room is average, mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable. There is air conditioning, but it is unpleasant that it is directly above the bed, blowing into one of the sleepers. The room has a mini fridge. The water was hot and cold all the time.
Cuisine - homemade dishes at the prices of expensive city cafes, the taste is not bad. Waiters - young, without visible experience.

The hotel has a nice, well-kept area. There is a small swimming pool that children like to swim in.
The beach is not far away, but the beach itself is primitive, it is extremely difficult to find a toilet. Rude sellers, simple entertainment. Beach with shells and algae.
In general, if there is a choice between the usual well-groomed private sector and this cottage, I would choose the private sector and would not overpay for such a vacation, although a lot of money has been invested in the cottage itself and the organization of tourist accommodation in it. Perhaps my assessment was influenced by the attitude of the administrator - complete indifference during the settlement, not a single greeting at subsequent meetings. Boring organization of finding vacationers in the hotel.
