The hotel was chosen for its location, we had to improve our health at the Berdyansk sanatorium. And they didn't regret it. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff, the complex is beautiful and clean. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have all the amenities. Wi-Fi catches both in the rooms and on the territory.

1. C / a - dead and wet all the time. Towels - I have better floorcloths (no exaggeration). 2. The rooms are tiny, there is no air. All the furniture is ancient, there are 2 outlets for the whole room (one for the refrigerator, the second one I found behind the curtain near the window), the walls are cardboard and in the rooms that are closer to the reception - you can hear the arrivals / departures and late arrivals living half the night.

All the furniture is ancient, there are 2 outlets for the whole room (one for the refrigerator, the second one I found behind the curtain near the window), the walls are cardboard and in the rooms that are closer to the reception - you can hear the arrivals / departures and late arrivals living half the night.
3. Beds - in 2 local - order; in the 3-seater - 3rd bed, this is a dead, dirty, hunchbacked and narrow folding chair.
4. The smell in the room is the most unpleasant, in the 3-bed room there was a specific smell all the time, the administration did not respond to complaints.
5. Wi fi - could not catch on any device, one name.
6. The receptionist is a smiling and pleasant girl, but this, unfortunately, does not make it any easier.
7. Territory - well-groomed.
8. Playground... - sadness! In the photo it looks more or less, in life it is old, tight and miserable.

The pool is average, it seems to be clean, BUT . . , the local uncle (did not understand who he was) all the time (although they swam there only 2 times) made remarks to the children: "do not jump, do not splash, do not spill water, do not make some noise. . . etc. " It was easier to put a sign near the pool "Do not swim! ".
TOTAL: in the hotel "Elite" price / quality - do not match even close! In matters of payment and terms, the management refers to some international standards, but in matters of the quality of housing provided, for some reason, these standards are forgotten. As for me, with the name "Elite... ", this hotel does not even pull on a weak average. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone!

For obvious reasons, my family and I had to move away from the war to Berdyansk. There were no more places and we wandered into Elite comfort in the evening. We paid for the room without looking, as there were no options anymore. The room turned out to be smelly and smoky. go to eat under the window, the music slammed and did not stop until 23-30.
