The hotel itself is large, 3 floors, the territory is not large, clean, you can walk barefoot. Is it possible to bypass the dog "mines", there are a lot of dogs, I counted 4 live and they still accept dogs, it sometimes bothered me.
The beach is not big, clean, clean, but small. On the one hand, a pier, on the other, stones, and then a public beach. There are not many people on the beach of the hotel, the beach itself is not closed, outsiders also come and settle down. But there is nowhere to fall on the public side (I will post a photo). This area of ​ ​ Berdyansk is Liski, just below the Amzol plant.

The food in the House by the Sea is very praised in the reviews, but it turns out these are old reviews. Those who were 4 years ago lived next to us. They say everything has changed. There is nothing! Almost the entire hotel goes to the neighbors in the home cooking. I attached a photo of the “dishes”, breakfast - liver cutlets, you can only gnaw and hammer nails, and a couple of tablespoons of porridge. The man has nothing to eat, nothing to feed the child, the wife is on a diet. There is a microwave, there is a half-liter kettle in the room, you can’t use your own multicooker.
The rooms are small. The first floor is more expensive due to the shower in the room, but the rooms are 10 meters away. The second floor is cheaper, the rooms are larger, the shower is on the floor, the toilet is in the room.
Air conditioners are old, no, they are just antique! We had such 20 years ago at the factory! I thought they were disposed of long ago, no, they are all here! The animals are humming, and the breeze is blowing. . .
The rooms are cleaned every day, but just for show. The floor is being cleaned, thank you. The territory is covered with sand, and this sand is swept away. But the rooms are a depressing sight, the furniture is old, the wallpaper is behind, the curtains with stains that are projected onto the walls. For $50-30 a day for accommodation alone, it's not worth it.
